Awhile back we noticed I was breaking out from chicken. So we made the switch to fully organic and locally grown and since then, no rashes or problems with chicken.
So today, it's all about a simple roasted bird. Tear bread for Tim and a quick spelt bread for me. That's about all on this end. Have a great day and boogie boogie boogie.
Yum yum!
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday, Debra.
Delete'Roasted Bird' sounds good to me.
ReplyDeleteHappy Sunday
All the best Jan
We love this kind of meal.
DeleteHappy Sunday to you as well.
Organic meat is so much better for you anyway.
ReplyDeleteNot weird smells from the bones, either.
DeleteHave a great meal.
ReplyDeleteThanks :-)
DeleteAnytime I eat organic meat, it makes me sick. I just forgo meat most of the time anyway! But awesome that y'all figured that out! Would suck :(
ReplyDeleteAre there any meats that you're able to digest?
DeleteHope the bread turns out well.
ReplyDeleteThanks.
Deleteenjoy your organic chicken!
ReplyDeleteYUM! Love me a roasted chicken with all the veggies my pan can hold all around it :)
ReplyDeleteAnd very glad you found a chicken you don't react to BTW!
DeleteThose veggies are good in with the bird. Yum.
DeleteYou really got me at bread. I love homemade bread!
ReplyDeleteIt's the only stuff I'll eat. Blech, on ready-made.
Deleteas Martha says....i'm drooling, I love bread more than anything, and homemade, I'm salivating....
ReplyDeleteHomemade is killer. Hope you give some bread making a go. It's great fun.
DeleteThat helps!
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteThat's good! We now only use cage free and healthy chickens and eggs. I'm sure it helps...plus way less cruel.
ReplyDeleteMy friend grows chickens and her eggs are WAY better than anything I've ever had. So flippin' good. Nothing like a homestead egg.
