SO DIG THIS ...

So dig this.. today I'm shooting my first Aldi vlog. Now ... I say that but once I get in there (leaving after this post), I don't know how busy Aldi will be or if I'll chicken out. Hope not because it's about how I make pizza sauce in the electric pressure cooker and lemme tell ya', it's dead easy, crazy good and fits my budget. 

All things I love. 

In other news, I'm also shopping for ingredients to make homemade make-up remover. I already sew my own reusable makeup remover pads, be fun to make homemade makeup remover to go with. 

In other, other news, the last photo is a BTS (behind the scenes), shot for an upcoming lemon post. Keeping them jarred in water extends the life so I thought, that'd make a good video too. 

All of these little ways to save money add up nicely. 

And with that, I'm off to answer comments (from my last post), and then hit Aldi for my first ever foodie-style vlog. Probably do a Big Lots one too if the store wide 25% sale is still going.

SPENDING LESS ON FOOD AND LOVIN' IT

Hello Boogerbutts and Happy Weekend! 

So ... tooth/teeth thing. Few hiccups. One tooth they couldn't yank and requires a specialist. Other tooth was stubborn and came out in bits and bobs, with a sliver remaining. Sorta like a splinter that may or may not work itself out. 

At first, no real pain. Just tender, sore and swollen. Then one morning I woke and it felt like a truck ran over the left side of my face.

Good times. 

In other news, I'm happy with how we spend less on food. Smoochie Face rarely eats out during work. Then last summer we stopped buying weekend pizzas and I went back to making homemade pizzas.  And dig this, we've also stayed to 300 bucks for every 28 days with the grocery food budget. 

Love it. Love it. Love it. 

In other, other news, I went back to filming food videos. None of which I've yet to edit and upload. However, looks like I'm giving YouTube another go.
