Lock your doors, bolt your windows, and break out the scary movies and Halloween lights, because here at The Manor, it's oogie boogie season.
To kick things off, Tim's got a four day weekend and in about an hour, we're headed south, for another road adventure.
You Boogerbutts have an oogie boogie yummy nummy, day. And I'll catch ya' on the flip side
Maybe in a month...or two.

DeleteDid someone say Halloween? :) It's my birth month (along with my twin sister) so you can only imagine what our favorite holiday is...oogie boogie. Enjoy your adventure.
ReplyDeleteCool beans. Yes, it's the best holiday. Do you decorate as well?
DeleteDid I miss a couple of months? It wouldn't surprise me the way Time is flying past.
ReplyDeleteAnyway, hope you are having/have had a great road adventure with or without broomsticks.
If you check out my last post, you'll see that it's the start of fall here. We love it.
DeleteBroomstick, hahaha. Good one.
Seems strange that somewhere in the world it is Fall, or Autumn as we say in a different language.
DeleteAnyway I love your Autumn leaves Show, no matter where it is.
We haven't had summer yet although it was due three months ago.
In NZ it's winter. That's part of the fun. Seasons every which where.
DeleteI say both fall or autumn. Makes no matter. Though on the equinox, I say autumnal equinox, which for me, is a big holiday.
Sorry to hear you haven't had a summer. We traveled south yesterday, still summer there. Very nice.
Oh, sounds like so much fun! I hope your day is going great!
ReplyDeleteThe antique store was creepy. Yuck. But going to Whole Foods was a success. So many fun ingredients. How was your Thursday?
DeleteHave fun on the road adventure!
ReplyDeleteThanks.
DeleteI am so ready for fall and for Halloween! Have a safe and enjoyable trip!
ReplyDeleteDo you decorate?
DeleteWishing you and Tim a great time.
ReplyDeleteSee you on the flip side!
All the best Jan
Thanks, Jan.
DeleteThis always sounds so pathetic but my brother and his friends ruined Halloween for me. Starting the beginning of October they would go out of their way to scare me. They threatened to put Neet (a hair remover) in my hair. I was a sensitive little girl and I learned to dread Halloween. That said, my (step) sister and her husband love it so it all equals out.

DeleteHave a great long weekend. And don't try to rush the seasons Ivy.
ReplyDeleteThanks. It's been great fun and we still have lots of time left to our weekend. As for seasons ... I've fully jumped into fall like a kid jumping into a great big pile of leaves.
DeleteMuhahaha.
I don't want fall to come yet thanks.
