Here's What's Going in the Big Oven

Click the video to see what's going in the big oven. Super simple and delish (it's raw so, vegheads and cupcakes, please look away).

And for dessert, some kind of pear bake. Not totally sure what yet, but I know it'll be topped with homemade maple caramel.

That's a wrap, folks. Two ovens on again, back from Barnes and enjoying the rain. I dunno about you, but Tim and I love rain-filled Sundays.

PS: What's for supper at your pad?

  9. this reminds me of our xmas day lunch/diner which was cooked much the same way with same ingredients but using 6 small cornish hens instead! It was one of the best meals ever...! And we rarely cook. I'm sure yours was even better!

We had chicken wrapped in bacon, with cabbage, courgettes and mashed swede. Now you may call courgettes zucchini and swede turnip ??? I'm not sure.
    But our meal was delicious.

Hope Monday is going well for you.

    All the best Jan
