And for dessert, some kind of pear bake. Not totally sure what yet, but I know it'll be topped with homemade maple caramel.

We are having a cajun alfredo ziti bake thing with andouille chicken sausages, peppers, kale, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, peas and spicy alfredo sauce. Nice lookin' bird!ReplyDelete

this reminds me of our xmas day lunch/diner which was cooked much the same way with same ingredients but using 6 small cornish hens instead! It was one of the best meals ever...! And we rarely cook. I'm sure yours was even better!ReplyDelete

We had chicken wrapped in bacon, with cabbage, courgettes and mashed swede. Now you may call courgettes zucchini and swede turnip ??? I'm not sure.
But our meal was delicious.
