for most people, an intake of raw veggie juice mixed with fruits and water often ends up with a cleansing effect in the form of instant diarrhoea, at least until you get used to it
I'll pass as well.....can't find the taste buds that are supposed to like kale......sorry! But...I see you are a Jack Skeleton fan! Tim Burton rules! Cheers! Linda :o)
Kale-Apple-Carrot used to be my drink of choice from the neighboring juice bar (before they went out o business). Deliciously refreshing and good for you.
Never had a pumpkin spice latte, so no idea!
ReplyDeleteNever, not one homemade spiced latte? Oh good gosh. You are missing out.
DeleteDoes it make you rush to the toilet after you drink it? :)
ReplyDeleteI don't know if you're joking, but no. It's an energizing drink.
DeleteNummy stuff.

DeleteOh good gosh, I've never heard that and thankfully, it's never happened to me. Yikes.
DeleteDoesn't sound fun, at all.
I thought this was a horror drink--'cause of the kale. ;)
ReplyDeleteThe kale does give it that lovely Herman Munster greenish glow.
DeleteNot so sure about the kale, but spinach is delicious. Even in my fruit shakes.
ReplyDeleteI use both, and both are killer good. What are your reservations regarding kale?
DeleteI can't bring myself to put the green in shakes. I stick with my fruit and yogurts.
ReplyDeleteJust because of the green?
DeleteI'll content myself with a cup of Earl Grey or hot chocolate instead!
ReplyDeleteNo floaty bits, then?
DeleteEnjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jen. It's really yummy.
DeleteHow goes you today?
If that doesn't induce a blood-curdling scream out of me, I don't know what would.
ReplyDeleteMuhahaha.
Deletehad some chili today
ReplyDeleteGroovy. What kind?
DeleteI've never had that before, but I'd be willing to take a sip 'cause you made it. And anything that comes out of your secret lab is probably darn good!
ReplyDeleteI love your Halloween decoration in the back!
That's an old heavy bookend that Tim got me. Stays out year-round.
DeleteHope you got yourself a chill day today, along with a pretty day. Supposed to rain here but not yet.
I think I'll stick to hot cocoa!
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteOkay, may have to pass on that.
ReplyDelete:-)

That's an old heavy bookend that Tim bought me. Very nice set.
DeleteHave you tasted baby organic kale?
I trust your judgement, though that doesn't look good. I'm sure (maybe) I'd like it if I closed my eyes and took a wee sip.
ReplyDeleteHappy pre-Halloween, Whisk. =)
Pre-Halloween? What's that? We celebrate the season of Halloween here at The Manor.
DeleteYou can give mine to Frankenstein
ReplyDelete:-)

ReplyDeleteI'd skip the duke, though...less bits.
Um, that should say "skip the cuke."
DeleteHahahaha. I read the first one and thought, no John Wayne for you then.
