Frankenberry bought me a coffee/spice grinder for our anniversary and oh my gosh, I love this machine.
Last night I made millet flour, chia seed flour, flax meal and cashew flour. I made so many different samples, that I can't even list them all.
I love this toy!
What a wonderful time you will have.
I gave my son my old Krups coffee grinder, looks just like yours but in red, for him to use when he is grinding his spices for his cooking.
Yes, spices too. Homemade paprika coming up. All kinds of fun.Delete
What did you buy to replace your Krups?
I am lazy I buy ground coffee now. I have lost interest in grinding the beans. Just too much trouble.Delete
I have a friend who roasts and grinds the coffee for me. So I keep it sealed well and in the freezer as I use it.
Very neat that she does that for you.Delete
Does the coffee bean smell stay in the Krups after using it?
Glad you finally got it!ReplyDelete
So so happy. Really fun.Delete
I would never use it for coffee, but I can see us grinding other stuff in it.ReplyDelete
I know, you are Coffer Hater Man.Delete
So many other wonderful things to make, homemade paprika, flours, meals, powders. The list goes on and on and on.
and you really can use it for coffee too ? ;)ReplyDelete
Yeppers. Sells primarily as a coffee grinder but is perfect for seeds flours.Delete
We just discovered that our Nutri Bullet grinds coffee. We can do twice as much in half the time.ReplyDelete
Wonderful find for you guys. Very cool. I hear the bullet is also good when mixing solid coconut oil.Delete
I can't see your coffee/spice grinder there is part of a white space rocket hiding it!ReplyDelete
Rocket sounds like a good name for it.Delete
These are great! :)ReplyDelete
What do you use yours for?Delete
Happy Easter, Ivy.
Glad you are having fun with it.ReplyDelete
Now that you've got your own grinder -- watch out, world!ReplyDelete
Someone's had a lot of fun!ReplyDelete
Let the madness begin.Delete
And the secret lab keeps growing!ReplyDelete
Ohhh, I need one of those!ReplyDelete
We got ours at a family-run cookery/bake store but they have them on Amazon. Getting one for a friend this week for her Spring Equinox gift.Delete
Hope you get one, it's so much fun.
