Third one is my take on a popover, only I wrote it not to be so big and not to use so many eggs. Inside is pepperoni and two kinds of cheese. But also, I do an onion and cheese one as well.Very tasty. Sad thing is, the shelf life is under 8 hours. That's it. I think it's about 6 but I can't remember for sure. Sure thing and guess what? Those two were made out of the same dough. I called the last on bagel snails, but the name never really caught on.
