What Are You Eating?

I really didn't get much done but rest and watch food on streaming video on the big screen, in the movie room. But I'm okay with needing a day of rest. And tonight, nothing fancy, just gonna bake a few organic chicken legs (for both) and heat up leftover homemade pizza (for Tim).

What are you having? Something yummy?

    2. One of those where you bung in lots of veggie depending on what you have in the fridge, always onions, carrots, celery for a starter.

    3. I love the chuck it in method. Very nice.

Today, I used leftover lamb braising liquid for my base. Talk about yum.

  2. Always good to get a bit of rest. You know, you can never have enough cookery shows on TV!

I'm hoping that the dog might leave me some chicken.

    1. We don't have TV, but we do have streaming video to big screen TV. Dogs saving chicken? That might not happen, but I'll be sure and teleport you some.

    1. I'm sorry that you're not very hungry. Yes, I dislike WP because there's no reason for me to end up in the spam folder. Thanks for fishing me out.

  7. @ HW:

Tonight's dinner was totally depressing. I won't bring you down by telling you about it.

Actually, lunch wasn't that great either. Not a good day for eats, I'm afraid...

  9. I didn't feel like cooking tonight so I made a toasted chicken sandwich (cooked white meat) on raisin bread. It was quite tasty, actually.

  13. Yesterday evening we walked over to the mall for a slice of pizza, a walk around the place to enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas, and then a stop at Tim Hortons for a mocha (for hubby) and a cappuccino (for me). It was such a nice break. Sometimes you need to get away!
