Wow. Did your weekend whoosh by? Ours did. Now it's Sunday night at The Manor, Tim is enjoying his new xbox one and I'm tinkering about the house. Soon to get into my jams, and call it a night.
Tomorrow, BAKING!
I've got two things going. One, learning from a new bake book that Tim gifted me and two, my own formula for cranberry orange muffins using all kinds of fun homemade flours, that I ground from nuts, seeds, grains and whatever else I fancy.

I do rather like to bake, so does my wife, msut admit, but we don;t get to it often enough. this xmas though I was very proud to bake and offer my INCREDIBLe best ever slightly lemon whole wheat shortbread. Yum! I doubt it's even worth a mention compared to your culinary wit, mind you, HW!
ReplyDeleteYES, this weekend, or more so this Sunday has whisked by far far too fast. Boo. (Don't want to go to work tomorrow. Still a short week relatively speaking, so that's good.)

DeleteI love baking, but the size of my butt does not! Lol. I baked for the first time in ages Sunday. I made pizza dough and we rocked the homemade pizzas for our delayed Christmas dinner at Dad's. Very tasty!
