Chicken Men

I forgot how much I hated working with celery in dog bakes. More on that another day. As today, I'm not feeling all that great due to some kind food allergy or with any luck, I'm just getting sick.

Either way, I'm off to rest.

PS: Thanks for all the wonderful comments yesterday.

PPS: I told Bug and Wiggy that they weren't allowed in the kitchen as I baked the chicken men. See below.

NOT IN THE KITCHEN, CAN'T GET MAD

  1. Sorry you're not feeling well.
I'm sure the dogs thought they were good anyway.

  7. My brother has got his dog trained to stay out of the kitchen especially when told. The dog wanted to play with my nephew one day but he stood on the other side to test the dog's obedience.

    1. The edge is fine with me. Just as long as they're not tripping me up as I work. Cute picture of your little niece, you had on your blog.

    1. The edge is quite alright with us. The girls also have a special blanket in the kitchen that they are allowed to sit on. We call it the Chef's Table.

PS: I enjoyed your post and am excited for you that you'll get next year off. Woohoo.

    1. At that point, I could get them to do our taxes. They will do anything for a home baked treat.

  12. Those two pups are too cute! How can you not love those faces? Sorry to hear you're not feeling well. I hope it's something passing and tomorrow is a much better day! I wonder if there's something going around because I've been feeling run down for the past couple of days.

    1. Hope you're feeling better soon. Just finished watching another 1.2 Christmas movie. By gosh, those are bad. But I can't help but watch them.

I'll email you later tonight and see how you are feeling. Hoping better for us both, come weekend.

    1. You could have some of the dog treats and place them in those tins for Bubba to find.
