1004 Posts - Now with MORE Freezer Space

1004 posts today, right now, pretty cool, blogging is so fun, thanks bunches for reading, you're the best Boogerbutts, ever.

I'm not sure that's supposed to be one sentence, but being that this here is my blog, I'm gonna make it so.

In other news, last night I redid our bottom freezer with NEW boxes. I flippin' love it. The bottom boxes are all ingredients. The top area and side door will be for Frankenberry (Hubby), Wiggy and Bug. Now I know Wiggy and Bug can't open the freezer, but Frankeberry does okay most of the time.

    1. Do you guys cook and bake a lot?

    2. Oh boy, no! Well, cook, yes, and Rachel - when she allows herself the time - can whip up a nice cake - but if we want fine dining we go out or, more commonly, order takeaway ;)

    3. We're not a fine dine couple, ourselves. Good rustic meals. Simple but yummy bakes. Stuff like that.

      What's your favorite takeaway?

We ate out yesterday but soooooo not good. Subs out. But this place, just wasn't that good last night. Though had been good before.

    4. For me there is only curry ;-) Rachel leans more towards Italian and Spanish (big fan of tapas). But I'd live on curry if I could.

    5. Lots of people seem to be into tapas. Which I can understand, since I like starters, often though, as my entire meal.

We don't have ANY good places to eat in our town. Even the so-called higher places are filled with ding ding foods (buy-ins).

  3. That's a whole lot of blog posts! I'm barely past 200. I would love to be that organized. Actually, I would love just to have that much freezer space...

    1. They're just shoe boxes. Under a buck each, before tax. They clean well too.

      Thanks about the banner.

And does it make me weird that I'm all giddy from being called a Boogerbutt by you? It does, doesn't it...

    1. Thanks, Ava. Yes, four is my favorite number so I had to hold out for the four.

Boogerbutt is just a fun word to say. What's new on your end?

    1. It's great fun for me, to redo. The other containers were good for a long time, but I outgrew them. That and the freezer door wouldn't always shut.

    1. Yeah, that's it. Organized is the only way to go, if I want to know what I have and what needs cooked and baked.

  10. I agree with Norma. That is a seriously organized freezer! Great job with the 1004 posts. I've lost track of how many I've done.

    1. Blogger keeps track for you. Yes, has to be because that freezer and fridge are like your writing desk. It's where I do part of my job.

  11. I'm here! I'm here! I finally made it here to visit you, Wonder Woman. LOVE the organization. Looks amazing. I never thought of adding containers like that. You are full of great ideas. My day was full. I went Christmas shopping this morning. Almost done. Just a few little things left. Of course, there's all the wrapping. I haven't even started yet! I'm so behind this year. What the heck is up with that? I dunno. Okay, off I go to finish my blog reading rounds. We'll cat some more late :)

    1. We had different ones before, I sent them to you in email. They weren't bad so much as I grew out of them and sometimes the freezer door would not shut.

Wrapping left isn't so bad. Go you for almost being done.

  12. My mom is notorious for hogging up room in a freezer. I once asked her to clear out space for one shelf, and she could have the rest. It took her four months to do so.

  14. 1004 posts? Crikey, that's a mighty feat. I suspect I've only written a couple of hundred. At the most. Then again, I have been known to come and go like nausea ...

    Congrats.
