No Cheese, No Bun, Still Fun

Hello Boogerbutts. It's Saturday here at The Manor and I'm soon to get out and get a few more goodies for under the tree. So fun.

But first, I'm gonna eat the last Chocolate Coconut & Oat Cookie Drop, that I wrote yesterday. Next batch, NO chia seeds.

Meanwhile, last night at Steak & Shake, even though I ate allergy-free, I still left with an itchy rash on my neck.

That's all from me. Have a groovy day and don't forget to eat all kinds of yummy things. Or, eat gross things. Really, whatever works for you.

Boogie boogie.

    1. Minus the chia seeds, it was.

Hope your pizza was good. Tim's getting some on the ride home, I think.

    1. Hey Linda - Don't know. But I'm having allergic reactions to the smells of dairy, even more so to melted butter and cheese. The rash came about before or food hit the table.

      Happy weekend.

    1. Thanks, Parsnip.

The rash happened before our food hit the table. Just the smell of melted dairy is enough to cause problems.

Do you have that as well?

What did you determine was your allergy? Is there anything you miss eating? I don't miss dairy, at all. Not one stinkin' bit.

  9. Well, I'm finally playing catch up with your blog. I've been missing all the fun! But I've had some very productive days, and I'm happy about that. Even squeezed in a haircut today. Finally. I hadn't cut my hair since March. Can you believe it? Believe it. So I decided to be bold and adventurous today. I cut it short. Very short. And this week I will dye it red. Not super red. Kind of an auburn brown shade. And a temporary type with no ammonia in it. I don't dye my hair often but I feel like something fun. I'm going to be fifty in a few short weeks and I wanted a little change. And something bold. So there you have it. And on my gosh...Chocolate Coconut & Oat Cookie Drop...YUMMY!

    1. Holy cupcakes, you've been busy busy busy. Thanks for dropping by. Very short is fun. I'm ready to chop mine again too.

It's game day here and the solstice so I'm about to bake a little winter cookie idea I've got. I'm sure I'll send you pictures, as usual.

      Happy Sunday.

    1. Lots of chocolate sounds good. Have you tried BBC Food? They might have a bread machine bagel recipe. If not, they have lots of good stuff to bake and make.

  13. Chocolate and coconut, how could you lose, just don't tell hubby - not on my diet! No sweets for me!
Eating allergy free - what's your secret - I thought I was too, yesterday, and yet I still have a rash on my cheeks and neck! Damn!
Thanks for your continued support, I'm trying to make up for my long absence from the blogosphere, but the book was finished, that's a good excuse, right?
    Merry Christmas!

    1. Sorry to hear that you're having food issues. What did you eat (or smell), that gave you a rash?

Writing for sure, is far more important. Glad you got your book done. Woohoo.

      Happy Christmas.
