I'm sorry, Ivy.Never been to a chiropractor - does it really help?
It does for me, yeppers.
Hope you feel much better soonIan
Ya know, chronic stuff. Blah, blah, blah ...
I hope the doctor is able to get to the bottom of it!!
It's chronic stuff, but thanks.
hope the doctor doesn't touch a wrong crack.....
Dezzy, you're so bad.:-)
May the Bone Cruncher's magic fingers do the trick! Oh yeah and fix your back too. Sorry, Dezzy made me say it!
the Dezzy force be with you, Debs
Debra: He has two nicknames. One is Bone Crusher and the other one, I can't remember, for some reason. Either way, very good doctor. You and Dezzy are terrible :-) Dezzy: lolololol.
he is a bone crasher? Oh, dear, I hope he doesn't have any male patients......
You are so bad. Does sound painful.
Take it easy, Ivy. Take care of yourself!
How are you feeling?
Hope you feel better soon. Enjoy a day of rest.
Thanks, I did. Was great. How are you feeling?
Hope the doctor can help. Good luck with the doing nothing, always a great plan. Take care and best wishes!
Thanks, Tim. Was a nice day of rest. Very peaceful.
Yep, time to crash in the Lemon Tart room with the pups and a few good shows. Hope you get to feeling better!
You know how it is with chronic stuff. We have our good days and we have our days when everything hurts more than usual. How goes you?
Oh no! Sorry to hear that Ivy, I do hope they can crack you back into shape with minimal pain. Yes, lots of rest my friend!
Doc did a good job. And the restful day helped. Thanks, Suzie. I really rested my butt off.
I hope you're feeling better soon.
Oh no! I hope the rest helps. I am resting too (lower back).
Sorry to hear you're having lower back issues. Did you enjoy your resting time?
Take the day. Backs are tricky things.
Take it easy and read a book. Or watch a movie. Whichever is more comfortable! Hope you're feeling better soon.
I wrote, then after that, I watched THE NANNY on DVD and clipped coupons. Super duper relaxing.

Get better soon...I miss your boogie boogie! Those cupcakes in the last post look positively absolutely divine....Cheers!Linda :o)
Thanks, Linda. They can easily be turned gluten-free by using Bob's Red Mills All-Purpose Baking Flour, along with a little xanthan gum.
How you doing, girl? How was your appointment? Did you get some good rest today? I sure hope so. I know you were in need of it. I'm stopping in finally to say hello. Been a busy day, and I've fallen behind again. Oh well, will try to catch up tomorrow. But I didn't want to end the day without checking up on you. A day of relaxation, two precious pups and a newly-painted lemon tart room? It can't get better than that. I wish you a good night, and a beautiful day tomorrow! And I hope you are feeling much better.
It went super well. Thanks for asking. Yes, lots and lots of rest. That Lemon Tart Room is amazing. I never knew that one little yellow room, could be so flippin' peaceful.Did you make it to the garden place?
everyone needs a day of nothing
I agree. It's a wonderful recharge.
No cooking… no baking… you must really be suffering.Maybe you need to bake yourself a new spine! I just finished reading a book that had exactly that kind of fantasy… I wish you a speedy fix…
Thanks. Baking a new spine. If I could do that, I'd be a millionaire. Was a good day of rest though. What book was it? Did you enjoy it? I haven't read fiction in forever, as I've always got my nose in a whole foods, cookery or bake book.
The book is titled 'The OCEAN at THE END of the LANE, by Neil Gaiman. I bought it Tuesday, midday, and finished it late Wednesday night. A page turner. The author is a New York Times Bestseller with lots of novels/movies under his belt. I will confess this is the first I've read of his, it will not be the last.Google it - see if it appeals to you. I was captivated. The story moves along at a very steady clip - now wondering what's what, or who's who… definitely my kind of read.Glad your feeling better. :)
Gaiman has been around for a loooong time. Glad you found a book that moves along that you loved. Cool beans.
Im sorry you don't feel and hope you feel better soon Ivy!
Thank you. The day of rest was excellent.
