Writing & Coffee

It's Wednesday night, after supper. Me at the kitchen table with pencil and paper, Tim tip tapping at his keyboard. I LOVE being married to a writer.

Know what else I love?

Local maple syrup with vanilla biscotti coffee.

Life is good.

  2. Few things better in life than writing + coffee (and most of those can only be mentioned on blogs with an "adult content" warning). So basically writing + coffee is the bees' knees.

  4. I'm tip tapping on the keyboard? Hell no, I am causing thunder to echo through the office as my words are smashed into the keyboard and their rumbling resonance settles in the corner of your ears and eyes like volcanic ash.

I guess I have been writing too much today.

  6. I need coffee. Or maybe just the bed. Having trouble keeping my eyes open. But can't go to bed until after the Penguins game. Go Pens! :)

  8. Love your steaming coffee ! Your coffee sound good.
But no flavored coffee for me. I just like coffee with my coffee.
I have a wonderful small coffee vender who ships me the best coffee ever. He roasts it when you order it.
Four Seasons Blend from Holy Cow Coffee Company.
Plus in Tucson at Savaya, the coffee from Papua New Guinea. So I am very happy also.

    cheers, parsnip

    1. Very nice. Will Google them. Sounds wonderful. Do you like black, sugar, agava, honey? Double cream? Creamer?

    2. Just black but some times if I have a double espresso I will put very cold soy milk in it. I don't know why but it just tastes great.
In Japan they make the best cold coffee. I bought a cold coffee maker, love it.
Sometimes I will add some half and half and half.
      Not always.

    3. That all sounds good. I take mine black with local maple syrup. Tim uses double cream and maple.

Neat that you got a cold coffee maker. What fun.

Happy Almost Square Dog Friday :-)
