Yes, too much shopping. Tim's mom was in town so we took her out and all the shopping and not enough sleep was too much for my sad little immune system.
Oh No ! Feel better soon. I went out in the sun and heat for lunch with mu son and to see a movie. It proved I can do one or the other but not both, especially in one day. Enjoyed myself but I got a horrific headache and over heated. Pills and napped for most of the rest of the day. Only got up to take care of The Square Ones.
Hahahah, you're funny about the Minion. I don't think Norma has seen it yet. Was going to email it to her but I didn't want to offend. You know, dead Minion on a plate and all.
Tim's mom was in town and we took an extended weekend. Lots and lots of shopping and stores that I had no business being in. Too much go go go and not enough no, no, no. Plus, I didn't sleep all that well or get enough of my own healing foods.
Recipe for disaster. But I'm adjusting that recipe now and on the mend. One more day of rest, then fingers and nutsacks crossed, Thursday, I bake.
How goes you? I haven't been on Blogger and probably won't be today either. Hope you're enjoying garden plus honey bunny movie time.
Oh no! Take it easy and get un-bumpily soon!
ReplyDeleteWorking on it, thanks.
DeleteSorry Ivy, I hope you de-bump fast!
ReplyDeleteMe too, thanks.
DeleteOh no, bumps are not fun. Hope you smooth out soon.
ReplyDeleteNo fun indeed. Thanks.
DeleteI'm sorry!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alex.
DeleteSorry to hear this. Hope the bumpitiness disappears quickly :)
ReplyDeleteGetting there, thanks, Tamsin.
DeleteOh no! I hope it fades quickly and you get back to normal non-bumpiliness!
ReplyDeleteBack to normal would be great.
DeleteThanks, Matt.
Sorry to hear this Ivy. Hope to hear better news soon.
ReplyDeleteAnother day of rest ahead for me. Thanks, Jo.
DeleteOh oh . . . hives?
ReplyDeleteHey Debra. My immune system took a hit this past weekend when we took his mom shopping. Too much shopping, doing, and not enough sleep.
DeleteBam. Down for the count.
Oh no! :(
ReplyDeleteHope you're bump-free soon!
Me too, thanks Stacy.
DeleteOh Ivy, hope it goes away soon. Are you better in the winter months?
ReplyDeleteHI Christine. No, this isn't seasonal related.
DeleteOh no! I'm so sorry to hear that. Do you know what set it off?
ReplyDeleteYes, too much shopping. Tim's mom was in town so we took her out and all the shopping and not enough sleep was too much for my sad little immune system.
DeleteThanks, Southpaw.
But it's not even Bump Day! That's tomorrow. Wait...
ReplyDeleteI banish thine bumps with my bump-banishing powers. They are untested however, and may take time to go into full effect.
You made me laugh at it not being Bump Day. That's funny stuff. Thanks, Barking Alien.
DeleteThat's not a good thing!
ReplyDeleteAgreed.
DeleteThanks, William. I haven't been on blogger. When I do I'll look forward to seeing what pictures you've been up to.
Does a bath with baking soda help? Oatmeal never helped me and just clogged the drain.
ReplyDeleteI never tried. Thanks for the idea, Birdie.
DeleteClogged drain, no fun.
I hope you feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Chris.
DeleteOh No !

Just realized why your blotchy.
DeleteIt is the Minion cartoon you post yesterday !
Bad bad bad Happy Whisk.
I am sorry to hear about your horrific headache. Those can be nasty buggers.
DeleteYes, same here. Too much in one day, or really, one weekend of go, go, go. Stores, shopping, not enough sleep. Bam, down for the count.
Here's to us both feeling better, today.
Hahahah, you're funny about the Minion. I don't think Norma has seen it yet. Was going to email it to her but I didn't want to offend. You know, dead Minion on a plate and all.
DeleteYou learn a new adverb everyday. Or is it an adjective? Depends upon its usage, I suppose. LOL
ReplyDeleteLong time no see. How goes you?
DeleteLife trudges on. Thanks for asking!
DeleteOh no, that's not good.
ReplyDeleteWhy not draw yourself better and see if that works.
Hahaha, you're funny. I might try that.
DeleteThanks, Sheila.
Bummer :-(
ReplyDeleteThanks :-)
DeleteSorry for the bumps - but I know what you mean. Hives and rashes still popping up for me too! Yuk!
ReplyDeleteBe well soon!
Buggers aren't they?
DeleteHere's hoping we both clear up soon. Thanks, Yolanda.
Oh no...what happened? Was it something you ate? Smelled? Touched? I hope it goes away quickly!

I hope you aren't as bumpily now. I do, however, just love your hairstyle.
ReplyDeleteTake care, Ivy.
Gary
Getting better, one more day of rest I'm hoping should do the trick. Thanks, Gary.
DeleteHope you are better Ivy! Im sorry you feel bad!"
ReplyDeleteThank you, Gloria. I can't wait to get back into the kitchen and bake. How goes you today?
DeleteHi Ivy ... only just catching up on some blog reading ... having been away watching ballet shows!
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear you were feeling bad and bumpily - hope as the week has gone on it's improved.
Thanks for all your lovely comments on the low carb diabetic blog, I love reading them.
All the best Jan
I am sorry you haven't been feeling well, dear Ivy.
