Yeah, I'd heard the antioxidants were good at preventing cancer, but meh.. I take all those sorta claims with a grain of salt. I dig cherries though! Good stuff!
Have you ever tried R.W. Knudsen Just Cherry? It does wonderful for my inflammation and I use it for post workout cure. Comes in organic, non-organic tart, and black cherry.
Wow, that's pretty cool. I know they are supposed to be good for inflamed joints.But I hadn't heard that about cancer.
