The Husband Test

This week it's all about cookies, cookies, cookies.

Dairy-free but that doesn't matter. If I've written the formula correctly, the husband should never be able to tell if it's vegan, wholemeal, no meal or made of bugs.

Because a good cookie is a good cookie.

So far, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Lemon Kisses, and ...

    1. Hope you had a killer day. I was just at your place. Great photos.

PS: Limes out of the oven, and one already in my belly. Made a double batch (13ct), this time.

  4. Who doesn't love cookies? Not sure how dairy-free ones would work. Double chocolate chip sounds delicious right now. Do you do all your baking for yourselves or do you have a large cafe?

    1. Egg-free too. I eat eggs but they run costly so I ditched them from my bakes, long ago.

I don't have large cafe, but I do have a super cute little cafe table on our back deck.

  5. He probably wouldn't notice bugs. Put food in front of us and we eat it.

    1. The poor Cookie Monster. When I hear his name I think how he never really gets to eat a cookie because they fall out of his mouth.

Funny with your kid and the lines. Brownies sounded good too, minus all the extra noise.

  14. I go through phases where I forget about cookies. Haven't made them in a while... I was over at Mom's recently and she made some sugar cookies from her Nanny's recipe book. I want to get the recipe and try making them. Really good and remind me of Nanny.
