Have you ever tried homemade granola bars? I eat Cliff Bars from the store, but my son is allergic to nuts.

My bad, as I didn't understand that the Cliff Bars had nuts. Glad you found a formula. I've not make bars in ages. Just granola crumbles.

They are super smart, they ALWAYS know when a bake is theirs. Otherwise, they're not interested.

I enjoy hydrating flour with many different liquids. Really fun stuff. Hydrating with 100% homemade chicken stock is killer when using the bread for stuffing.So. Flippin'. Good.

Why do you watch your carb intake? Is it all carbs? Or is it limited to refined?To answer your question, I am not allergic to any of the types of honey that I use. Which is good because I bake with it often.Why though, do you even eat some of it? If it causes you problems ... why not terminate all use of honey?
I have gotten better over the years. Every once in a while I will eat something that has honey in it. Either baked in or put on top. So I really don't have to worry.I shouldn't have said I can't breathe but I get congested.

Yummy! I'm a sucker for cookie dough and used to eat it all the time as a kid - my mom was quite the baker. Delicious!

Yes, I agree. Honey works wonderfully. Thanks for the nice words about my stick cartoons. My hubby not so long ago bought me my first tablet and it came with a pen.
