... or is it Memorex?

Howdy Hello,

Today I got tons done on the blanket business and it's getting closer to going LIVE.

Live I say, live.

In other news, today was my jogging day and I loved it. I don't know 'bout you, but jogging is one of my favorite exercises, ever.

That's all from me.

  2. I hope it was a lot cooler where you were today! It was 104 according to my car when I got off work.

  3. Sadly, an uncool leg injury (with no impressive story to it) prevents me from jogging. But good on you for keeping it up.

  4. Trey: 104? Whew. How was work today?

Brendan: Well, now I wanna know the story. Are you able to rehab the leg?

  5. Glad your day went well -- can't wait to see the blanket business go live!

I know what you mean about jogging -- used to do it for several years. With knee issues I stick to the exercise bike for the aerobic part of my workout. I always feel good after a workout though.

  6. Bard: I'm pretty excited about it myself. Wasn't when I first started, but I'm really groovin' now.

Sorry about your knee issues, but glad that you get to still workout. Something great about it. Just feels good.

Do you listen to music when you workout?

I didn't when I started jogging because I only jogged outside and I wanted to be aware of my surroundings. But now that I jog on Monster (treadmill's name), I listen to my iPod.

  11. No music, but I watch dvds -- movies, documentaries, old series, usually stuff I've seen before so it can just be in the background while I focus on the exercise.

  13. Bliss: They cut all our hours at the fabric shop. Have now for awhile. So I best be getting these them blankets sold off.

Hoping to turn the sewing room back into a real writing office for Tim.

  14. Jogging's great, but I'm a low impact kind of guy and enjoy brisk walks much more..!

Sounds like Tim's about to get an even luckier guy - a writing room is really something.

  15. Porky: Brisk walks are great. I also enjoy meditation walks as well. My jogging though, is very slow and very low. I'm not a runner. I have no care for time and speed. I'm just there for the jog. Love it.

It's been a sewing room and we're not really using it. Time to clean it out and get his desk in there, all nice and work-like.

    Hope you're having a groovy day :-)

  16. I hate visiting your site. You talk about running (which I detest) AND then you go and post all these wonderful pictures of food that just looks amazing! It is like some evil mastermind bent on world domination! ;)

  17. Matt: You hate running? I'm a big jogger. Can't believe you hate it. It's so much flip floppin' fun.
