I didn't plan on posting a double shot today, but then I made lunch, and wanted to share. Tell us what this is and win one broken tea pot and four flat tires.
Hint: Click the video below for the answer.
PS: What did you have to eat today? Anything yummy?
Fried onions? They look good. Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteBuzzzz, but thanks for playing.
DeleteHint: Answer in the video clip.
Dang I was going to guess friend onions but GlorV1 beat me to it. If we are both correct can we each have 2 flat tires?
ReplyDeleteBuzzz, but thanks for playing. The answer is in the video clip.
DeleteI was going to say hash browns until I watched the video. Tater tots is a form of hash browns. Right??? :)
ReplyDeleteYeppers :-)
DeleteThey do look tasty, Ivy!
ReplyDeleteThanks for coming back again, William. I had some issues with the other post.
DeleteTaters. They must be tasty taters. Yum.
ReplyDeleteThey were, we had them again today.
Deletethat is really cool, and healthy without being fried and no oil! I was going to guess French onion soup lol. I had a buttered bagel for breakfast, avocado for lunch. Going to eat whatever leftovers I find in the fridge for dinner!
ReplyDeleteI tried it with oil and without and was happy when it didn't need any. Though if I were to make lots and lots, I might lightly oil in between to sorta reseason (I think).
DeleteYum on your food. I love, love, love avocado. So flippin' good.
They look good. And at last I know what Tater Tots are.
ReplyDeleteWe make a version with grated onions in them. Also good.
Very early here. I have been drinking chai tea. Not ready to eat yet.
I do them with onions too. Something wonderful about onions and potatoes. YUM!
DeleteHow was your tea? I've been grooving on hot water and lemon in the mornings. Yum.
Scrumptious!
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
I've been playing with different veggies. When I get a hold of another good rutabaga, I'll grate that and give it a go, as well.
DeleteYup definitely fried onions. Pasta with fennel and tuna for supper tonight.
ReplyDeleteThat pasta, fennel and tuna sounds good. I ate tuna last night, just the can but I thought about adding fennel seeds. Only I thought about it, after it was in my belly.
DeleteSo close!
Looks good! I haven't decided, not hungry yet. Hubby's at work till 11.
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend!
Yikes on the late night. Do you wait up?
DeleteLOOKS like fried onions but knowing you hate fried foods, i am at a loss...
ReplyDeleteLightly, I don't mind but anything deeeeeep fried is not my fancy. But I totally understand why people enjoy that fried salty stuff. It's just not an option for me, at all.
DeleteYum and how clever! Not to mention interesting hearing your voice (first time for me) it is quite lovely :o)
ReplyDeleteYou are kind, thank you. For a long time I was uncomfortable with my voice, but now, I don't hear it anymore. Or in, it doesn't bother me anymore. Thankfully, I still here it. Anyway, thank you.
DeleteIt looks like caramelized onions. So I'm a day late to this post and since it was done yesterday, I had some plain Greek yogurt with fresh raspberries and blackberries mixed in. And I added a teaspoon of honey to sweeten everything up. OHMYGOSH...delicious! I ate this after I got back from my 90 minute walk.
ReplyDeleteWoohoo to 90 minutes. That is fantastic. Here's to a weekend of sunshine and NO SNOW!
DeleteLooks so yummy!!!
ReplyDeleteHow goes your weekend?
DeleteThose look fantastic and what a cool use of the machine. Love it!
ReplyDeleteThrift store, can you believe it. Didn't even look used. Five bucks.
DeleteLike Martha, I'm a day late but I read it yesterday I had no guess... I let it seamer for a while but I forgot about it. This is what happen when you have the attention span of a hummingbird.
ReplyDeleteDid you search hummingbird in Netflix? I don't know if you've seen the series where all the hummingbirds are little flying zombies but there's like 6 seasons of that, on there. I think it's called, The Flying Dead ;-)
DeleteNooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
DeleteYessssssssss and they're coming for YOU!
DeleteI'll go with the majority. Fried onions?
ReplyDeleteI'm not much of a cook and I'm epileptic, so there are certain things I'm not allowed to do. So my son bought me a NuWave oven, which does just about everything for me.
That is very cool, Norma. I heard about those. Very nice. What's come out the best so far?
