This week is all about my office/lab/kitchen work space. Setting up a permanent food photo area, switching cupboards around, hunting for a NOT expensive fan oven, and donating anything I no longer bake with. I'm happy to report that I am very nearly almost all the way, cannot believe it, done.
Whew.
But enough about that, it's time for another Friday question. Tell us what these are and if you eat them. Winners receive a set of used earplugs and four unused rolls of crapper paper.
Happy weekend and boogie boogie.

Garbanzo beans? I have no idea! Have a great Monday!
ReplyDeleteAre those chickpeas? If so, I eat them as hummus and as falafels. They can be nice in soup, too.
ReplyDeleteGarbanzo beans would be my guess.
ReplyDeleteI don't know what they are, so I definitely do NOT eat them. Haha!
ReplyDeleteOn a day like this (April 1st) I would say caviar. :-D
ReplyDeleteBut no I also go for the garbanzo beans!
Greetings
Peter
Chickpeas?
ReplyDeletegarbonzo beans? I do eat those. Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteOh dear, I thought they were something cheese-filled and if it's cheese-filled, of course I'd probably eat it! Haha But if they're garbanzo beans I'd eat them too :)
ReplyDeleteSome kind of beans? Glad the crapper paper is unused. Good luck with your cleaning/organization stuff.

ReplyDeleteRemember the zombie that has been the correct answer the last 3 post.... well his friend a space alien has dropped it's army of plant based mung and chickpea just getting ready to sprout.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip
Look a bit like roast potatoes but not quite. Garbanzos seems likely.
ReplyDeleteAn April Fool's joke, maybe?
ReplyDeleteYes! If it's chick peas! maybe with some added salt? and a dash of garlic :)
ReplyDeleteHey, are garbanzo beans and chickpeas the same thing?
ReplyDeleteYeppers!

ReplyDeleteThey look like Audrey Two, the plant from Little Shop Of Horrors.
ReplyDeleteI don't see these as chick peas at all.
ReplyDeleteSmall roast potatoes? Rolled in something tasty.
Look like chick peas..
ReplyDeleteBut I'm not the first one to say it.
Lucky for me I has enough T paper.
Have a great day...
If they are chick peas I love them. Not sure though, they don't look quite right. Definitely voting for the legume family.
ReplyDeleteThe west coast part of me thinks they are garbanzo beans, but the east coast part thinks they are chickpeas. (snicker snicker) If they are, I heart them. BUT there is something about them that make them looks like something else...
ReplyDeleteThey look like chick peas as others have said. If so, yeah, we eat tons of them!
ReplyDeleteI say that they look like chickpea/garbanzo beans. I hope that you are having a great weekend!! I just got back from a 2 mile walk in the sunshine, feeling energized!
ReplyDeleteI had to check out your blog after you left a comment on mine...cute blog! And love the cartoons! :)
ReplyDeleteBoogerbutts:
ReplyDeleteYou guys rocked this one. Unused crapper paper for all who played the answer is ... garbanzo/chickpea. Or ... chickpea/garbanzo. Either way you fancy.
Thanks for playing and boogie boogie.
I'll have to cook some chick peas tomorrow to see if Scottish ones look like this. They didn't the last time I had them!
DeleteHey girl. The cool thing is, there are different kinds of garbanzo/chickpeas, both in taste and colour, same with lentils and many other whole foods. Just depends on which you have access too.
DeleteI absolutely love your new Spring header and sketches, Ivy! I admire your talent. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you bunches for the kind words.
