Answer them correctly, and win a wad of abc gum and a cob of corn. If those prizes don't tickle your fancy, please reach into the mystery bag of goodies, at your own risk.
This was so easy... The first pic is either a root or the belly button of Humpy Dumpy. The second one are little Chinese hats for Martha's little people.
The first one makes me think of ginger root. The second one...nothing...absolutely nothing. If I get one right can I still have a try at the mystery bag of goodies? I'm game.
Boogerbutts: Thanks to all who played and all who were willing to stick their hands in the Mystery Bag of Goodies. Personally, I'm not brave enough.
First photo is galangal which in my area also goes by the name, Thai ginger. I fancy mustardy spice of the root. And I love it microplaned into homemade dressing, and I LOVE it with lentils.
So flippin' good.
Speaking of lentils, that's the second picture. Although, I enjoyed Richard's answer. He's funny.
That's all from me, it's Sunday here. Chores are done, brunch on the way. Thanks for reading and boogie boogie.
Mushrooms stems and pieces. Otherwise that first pic looks like a section of intestine, and I know you are too nice to post that.
