Happy as Balls

Tonight I made egg-free noodles, lasagna sheets and teeny tiny pasta nuggets. So flippin' yum. I'm happy as balls to have my own allergy-friendly options.

Suck on that eggs, you're not needed.

    1. I didn't replace the eggs. I just left them out and guess what? The dough was softer and lighter without the eggs. I'm happy as balls, I tell you.

    1. I don't know? I'm still learning and playing with the formula but so far, it's a softer easier to shape dough.

      I flippin' love it.

  6. Looks good! Homemade noodles are the best. My sis makes her own lasagna--everything from scratch--and is it ever delicious!

    1. Same here when I make Tim cow and pig lasagna. Homemade sheets but with egg dough. Now, no more eggs in my dough. Ever.

    1. Hey Jo. Yes, sold here as well but each time I try it, I get sick. But I'm glad because it got me back to pasta making.

      Have a groovy week!

  9. My nagymama used to make homemade noddles for soup too :) I still have her jagged cutting wheel like that one that you have somewhere in the kitchen, I imagine it is a prewar piece :)

    1. Hi Dezmond. No lie, I was just thinking of you this weekend. Spooky.

That's my Mamam's jagged cutting wheel. It's older than me. Nagymama, that's so great to hear. Thank you!
