BRING ON THE MUD

I'm excited to start this week because after removing the items listed, my reward is (drum roll please), that I get to put 100 percent of my attention on repairs.

Hot dog.

LIST OF DEMOED STUFF (so far)
Floor-to-ceiling pantry thingy
Bar (ugly-ass bar)
Movie room closet
Mirrors on walls
Mantel looking thing
Tall bathroom cabinet
1 shelf in hallway
2 cabinets in hallway

GONE!

  1. Fun! Tearing stuff down is cathartic, but rebuilding and repairing is the creative part.

  6. I wish I had a cute outfit like that to do demo-ing in, especially that T-shirt with the slogan - and the blue crops.

    1. It's a real shirt, too. Tim bought it online. I don't know the name of the shop but if you google, "sometimes I'm afraid of zombies" it might show up.

  7. This is the part I would not want to do. Decluttering is one thing, repairs have to be done by someone who knows what they're doing. That's not me.

    1. Got any food pictures to share?

Cooking and baking here too. But that's every ding dong day. But for today, I'm baking apples and pumpkins.

Oh the smells. I love them all.

  12. I wish mudding walls was all I had to. I'm trying to fix up a garage that's beyond dirty. I had killed 3 spiders already.

    1. Nothing screams zombie fun, like a little pink. As long as it's not on my countertops. That's too much for me.

What are you eating today? Hope something yummy.

    2. For dinner had some chicken with broccoli and green beans ... delicious.
Although for tomorrow I've found a very nice salmon recipe using cauliflower mash and broccoli - we love broccoli, but don't have it every evening!

      Take care

      All the best Jan

  15. If I could do such work I would be rich. As it is I have to hire everything done.

    1. We aren't rich, that's why we have to do it ourselves. BUT, I'll take it. This is most fun.
