Cakes are wonderful, but I am avoiding them these days. Windy and rainy here too. Enjoy your baking. I used to keep cakes in the freezer in case people turned up unexpectedly.
ReplyDeleteHi Jo - I never used to like cake but now I'm loving it. Good idea about the freezer. I've frozen small cupcakes but ended up eating them.

If you read the same blog I did the about Coffee Can bread... they made bread in a flower pot. I wonder if you could make cake that way.
