So I take a shower and I want to put on my favorite jeans and I think, wait, I can't do that because I want to wear these over the weekend. But then I realized, Wilma is here. I can wear my jeans today AND over the weekend.
My new dryer has arrived but still not installed. But my new washing is working his drum off. Since yours are called Wilma and Betty, I best call mine Fred and Barney. Fred being the washing machine of course, since he is such a big bugger! :D
I've hand-washed my jeans in a sink for a time (in the US, not in Belize, surprisingly) when my washer broke, and man that is a whack way to live. Very glad Wilma is helping you out.
Wilma is making you happy!
ReplyDeleteSo happy.
DeleteLucky you!
ReplyDeleteIn only so many payments, she's all ours.
DeleteI had to go back and find out who Wilma was... :) She's beautiful! Enjoy wearing your jeans.
ReplyDeleteMy bad. I just added the link in the post.
DeleteWhat would Bedrock be without Wilma?
ReplyDeleteNot as clean.
DeleteWilma for President

DeleteI love this. How fun. Hey, you named my juicer Lucy and the name fits perfect for her.
Hugs.
Wilma to the rescue!
ReplyDeleteSo true.
DeleteWilma is such a perfect name.
ReplyDeleteReally fits her.
DeleteHow did civilization go on before dryers?
ReplyDeleteBeat the wet clothes on a rock and then hung them over branches to dry. Or, just ran around naked.

Deletegood ol' wilma
ReplyDeleteShe is working hard.
DeleteI take for granted the Wilma in my house. Thanks for the reminder of the work she does.
ReplyDeleteGood comment, Birdie.
DeleteWhat a wonderful thing to celebrate! Congrats again on Wilma and on multiple jeans wearing! So awesome.
ReplyDeleteIt's the simple things.
DeleteHey...I wore jeans to work today. Several times this week, in fact.
ReplyDeleteOf course, I also have to worry about making payroll and thus supporting three other families...so...I think you've got the best world possible.
Your worries are bigger than mine at the moment. Super duper admire you for all the hard work your doing, because it sure doesn't sound easy.
DeleteGlad Wilma is there for you. Be good to her! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's been a week now and I still love her.

ReplyDeleteJeans no less, those seem harder to wash than say, socks or shirts. Not so fun, I'd agree.
DeleteYay for Wilma and her super cleaning powers! Out to liberate jeans everywhere.
ReplyDeleteSuper Cleaning Powers, that could be a great post title. Fun and true.
