I feel for you, girl, since we had to replace our hot water heater in August, and now the garbage disposal is leaking. And the kitchen faucet handle is broken. And the upstairs toilet is leaking, which caused the ceiling to collapse in the in-laws bedroom.
But darn it, I'm playing with my new Monster High doll, and eating pumpkin pie, and watching True Blood 'cause it's Samhain!
What kind of dryer did you get and do you like it? I was shopping for washers and all but one were too big for me to reach the bottom. Or even close to the bottom.
Love the (hopefully temporary) touches to Tim's blog. You'd think that he would have expected it. But then, husbands rarely expect a lot of what wives do.
Ugh me too. And the prices of new ones is one great big OUCH. Hope your oogie boogie day is going well. We did pizza, fried rice, apple crisp and movie.
I'm not touching the Ding Dong line...
ReplyDeleteSorry about the washer. Hope you can get a new one soon.
At least the dryer still works. So I don't have to stay longer at the stinky mat.
DeleteDing dong indeed and it's blue whales crackers!
ReplyDeleteBlue whales crackers. I'm gonna have to use that for a blogpost title sometime.
DeleteHave a Happy Halloween!!! I'll bet you baked some spooky cupcakes!
ReplyDeleteWent with apple crisp. Almost gone now.
DeleteSorry to hear about the washer. Nice font though! Have a happy, spooky Halloween!
ReplyDeleteP.S. I may need to rinse my brain with vinegar to get the "sucks dragon balls" image out of my head. I may be scarred for life. :)
Have a Happy Spooky Halloween, right back. Sorry about not getting the dragon balls image out of your head.
DeleteSorry about that washer...
ReplyDeleteI agree with Chris. "Sucks dragon balls" is a hard visual to get out of ye olde thick skull....
That's funny. I had no idea it would have such a visual impact. Dragon balls. Who knew?
DeleteYou could always draw fangs on the washer. then it could be undead undead undead.
ReplyDeleteNow that would be a good trick.
DeleteDing Dong sounds good!
ReplyDeleteNothing like a good ding dong.
DeleteSorry to hear about the washer. Wish you hadn't mentioned cupcakes. Now I want one!! :)
ReplyDeleteCupcakes are yummy.
DeleteWashing machines used to last 30 years or until you hated the colour. Not so with the crap today.
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween

Your house sounds like ours. Just falling apart around us. But I suppose, that's better than us falling apart and the house still standing.
DeleteHappy Halloween. Did you get your pictures moved over? Happy book release coming up this Friday. Woohoo.
We just replaced our dryer two weeks ago, our washer last year. They ain't getting any cheaper. Have fun on Halloween.

ReplyDeleteHe had to know. Although, he probably was thinking more along the lines of falling pumpkins. Which was my first plan, only they didn't work.
DeleteSorry to hear about the washer! :(
ReplyDeleteHappy Halloween my friend! Hope you are having a spooky day!!! :)
