Thanks to all you Boogerbutts for reading, and thanks to those who played along. I've had a ton of fun, learned a lot, but now it's time for me to close the CBM series.
Oh that makes sense then! I thought it was rather sudden lol. Most people agonize for months on their posts leading up to the close of a blog. Seriously though, if I ever close my Coming Down the Mountain blog I think I'll do it just like this lol. Just rip off the bandaid and you're done!
I must be an optimist as I did not read this as the end of the blog but an end to the Chubba Budda Monday bit. I do hope I am right.
Bought one of Tim's campaign primers, and got the free scenario. I will make changes to both and include them in my campaign, I bet he can spot them ;-)
I told Tim about what you said and I've emailed you his email, in case you want to chat. He's a big Steeler fan as well. Even has a Steeler zombie on his desk.
So, I take it you've lost all the weight you want to lose? You're no longer a Chubba Bubba? I don't know how many weeks this went on, but I lost maybe two pounds. HOWEVER, I do believe my pants are fitting looser now, so that weight training is working by giving me muscle instead of fat! :)
Will do, Anne. I figure I'll still write about health stuff, just that I've reached the end of the Chubba Bubba journey. Made some serious headway on the office. How's your haul out going?
Thanks. I'm still in that journey, done with the set weekly posts about it. And now, I'm onto getting turning this office into Tim's Bat Cave and the bedroom into a hotel-style room with new pillows and everything.
Well congratulations on all of your success and thank you for inspiring us over the past few months. I know I have made positive changes in my life because of your stellar role modeling. Thanks again. :)
It's been great fun to read about your reboots as well. This is the thing that I love about blogging, how we share and help each other, so Thank YOU, as well.
I'll still write about my health issues as I go, just not in a concentrated CBM series.
What's next???
ReplyDeleteBeen working hard on the office and bedroom. Like to have them both done by the winter solstice.
DeleteReally?? Cute way to close your blog though!
ReplyDeleteHey Karen. Just ending the Chubba Bubba Monday series.

DeleteI like that, rip off the band-aid and you're done.
DeleteI hope this means new posts and not the END of your blog!
ReplyDeleteJust the series - can't get rid of me that easy.
DeleteLove the drawing. Please tell me it is not the end of your blogs. Your blog friends will miss you. :-(
ReplyDeleteJust the series, but thank you for the nice words.

Ian
You are most correct, Ian.
DeleteI told Tim about what you said and I've emailed you his email, in case you want to chat. He's a big Steeler fan as well. Even has a Steeler zombie on his desk.
I got that thank's and will send him a few lines.
DeleteThat Zombie must be the Steeler O-Line
Ian
Cool beaners.
DeleteI hope this just means the end of the series, rather than your blog. I love the cute little names you have for your readers. You will be missed!!!!
ReplyDeleteJust the series :--)
DeleteIt was a good time!
ReplyDeleteThank you, kind Sir.
DeleteI was getting envious of your success but also inspired.
ReplyDeleteI'll still blog about health as things come up, I just ended the Monday series. Thank you though, for the nice comment.

ReplyDeleteStill a bit to go, though my focus is more on the immune system, and getting that as strong as I can.
DeleteCongrats on the looser pants. Woohoo.
I'll assume it's the closeout to the series as opposed to the blog...
ReplyDeleteYeppers, just the series.
DeleteKeep us up to date though on how you're doing on the immune system front though. Best wishes on getting the clear out finished!
ReplyDeleteWill do, Anne. I figure I'll still write about health stuff, just that I've reached the end of the Chubba Bubba journey. Made some serious headway on the office. How's your haul out going?
DeleteWhoah, scared me there for a moment.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on coming to a close on Chubba Bubba. Looking forward to what comes next!
Thanks. I'm still in that journey, done with the set weekly posts about it. And now, I'm onto getting turning this office into Tim's Bat Cave and the bedroom into a hotel-style room with new pillows and everything.
DeleteSo we'll see pictures of the rooms then? =P
ReplyDeleteI could do that :-)

I love that about blogging too. I am happy to know so many wonderful bloggers. :)
DeleteTotally agree :-)
