Friday Question: Tea Time (yum)

Hey Boogerbutts! Got some new-to-me, tea to try. From the UK. Anyone try it before? It's steeping as I type. Though so far, it smells like the hippy dippy co-op that I LOVE going to. Which is fine for the co-op. Not sure I want it in my tea. Find out soon enough. Love trying new teas.

Friday Question: Have you tried this brand? And/or what tea do you fancy? Lately it's been all decaf Tetley, which I love.

In other news, it's the weekend and I'm soon to add a brace and bottom shelf to that table I made a few weeks ago. As well as adjustable feet, since the kitchen floor is wonky.

And that my Boogerbutts is all that's fit to print.

Friday Question: Have You Tried This Tea?

    1. Very cool. We do iced tea here too. Very nice to make at home. Great up with it too! Fun. I love berry teas. I'm mostly don't add stuff to tea. Though I will do a creamed tea with half water and half plant milk. Steep it all together.

  10. I rarely drink tea, but I have chamomile teabags, peppermint, spearmint/chamomile, lemon/ginger and also have loose sage and loose chamomile which I sometimes mix and have from a pot. I add honey to my teacup, but mostly I just drink water.

  12. I don't drink tea as often as I used to. These days I'm more of a coffee person. I've tried lots of flavored ones and usually ended up not liking them much.

  16. I only drink decaf tea or coffee and I've not seen this before. I;de like to know who came up with "fruity warmth." Makes me think of fruit compote, not tea. My favorite is Davidson's organic Vanilla Cream dessert tea for after dinner and Barry's Irish which Wisewebwoman turned me onto.

  18. I've never tried this tea, Ivy. I'm not much of a tea drinker. One I enjoy is Harney & Sons Dragon Pearl Jasmine Tea. I discovered it in an East Fremont restaurant , Le Thai, in Downtown Las Vegas. I hope that you''ve had some time to relax with a good cup of tea this weekend!

  19. I only drink tisanes so I have had Pukka teas but not this particular one. I am a funny old thing when it comes to tea drinking. I do not like my fruit teas if they taste of tea at all. Went off it years ago when I had a very milky cuppa at someone's house, I think it is Pukka who do a liquorice one, might be mistaken but then I might be right.
Enjoy what you like and "bottoms up" as they say.
    Hugs, Neet xx

    1. Hey Neet! You mention liquorice and that's just what this one tastes like. I couldn't put my finger on it and then hubby had some and he's right. Just like that. I mix this with regular tea. I haven't had this one with any plant milk though did have a different brand in gingerbread with plant milk and maple. That wasn't bad though not strong enough. Though had caffeine and made my eye twitch. What tea are you drinking these days?

  20. I haven't tried this one, but when I went for Christmas afternoon tea with my book club they had a lot of teas for us to chose from and I chose rooibos which I really liked and found some in my local Morrisons, I also bought it with honey, mmm delicious :-)
