I'm going to bake something yummy. Maybe an almond cherry bar, cookie, scone or muffin. Not sure. But I know one thing for sure. If I keep eating the dried cherries from the bag, I won't have any for one bake, never mind two and three.
Oh, such problems.
Could you wait for the wind to turn away so that the aroma doesn't reach across the pond, if you get my drift :)
ReplyDeleteHey Richard. Thanks for dropping in today. I believe we are on the same side of the pond.
DeleteWHAT you are not in England?
DeleteWas I typing with an English accent and it was not necessary!
This is the kind of news that is going to push me back to drinking. LOL
No, but I get most of my bake books from across the pond because they use metric and so do I.
DeleteYou are funny, English accent.
Put down the cherries and back away from the bag...
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteFirst world cooking problems :)
ReplyDeleteYes. I nearly wrote that at the end of my post. Great pictures on your blog, today.
DeletePut the bag down slowly and no one will get hurt.
ReplyDeleteToo late. Only 39g left in the bag.
DeleteMmm, almond and cherry flavours go together so well!
ReplyDeleteIndeed.
DeleteThat's the reason I don't buy died cherries :-)
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteDon't like cherries. Don't like almonds. Go ahead and eat my share. I don't mind. ;)
ReplyDeleteDon't like them?
Deleteyou make me feel like buying a bag of dried cherries, just to snack on.
ReplyDeleteThere was no added sugar on these, too.
DeleteAlmond cherry bars sound good.
ReplyDeleteSuch a nice combo.
DeleteI've tried dried apples once, pretty nasty. Apparently you can only cook with them.
ReplyDeleteHomemade dried ones are good for eating, but I've never tried industrial before.
DeleteMmmm...they all sound good!
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteI like chocolate covered cherries, myself.
ReplyDeleteHomemade?
DeleteCherries of any kind are the best!!! Just go buy more!
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteI just had that problem with dried cranberries. I made white chocolate chip, pecan, cranberry cookies today. They turned out really well!
ReplyDeleteNo lie, I almost went with chocolate chocolate chip, cranberry and pecans.
DeleteGlad yours turned out well.
That is a nice problem that most of us wouldn't mind having. :)
ReplyDelete:-)
DeleteI love dried cherries. I vote for scones.
