  3. I'm betting that no one reallly knows how do draw choc chips or walnuts in a loaf, pencil dots seem to be an excellent method in my mind. They sound delicious.

    1. Hey Kathy. What kinda peanut butter cookie do you like best, crunchy or soft? I'm working on peanut butter cookies for hubby and happy to give you the formula when I'm done.

    1. Hey Kathy! Yes, I wrote the formula (my own recipe), and then split it between two small bakers. What's nice is they have lids too. And it's just enough of a bake for each person to enjoy for about two days. Maybeeeee three.

  6. Both versions sound good, but I would go with Tim’s as chocolate in any form of baking is good with me.

  7. I always put either walnuts or pecans in my banana bread -- pecans are my favourite of the two, though. I'm not fussy about chocolate chips in banana bread. It just seems wrong to me, somehow. For me, chocolate chips are very much just a cookie thing.

    1. The combo works very, very well. Some chocolate got into mine and other times I just make a full on combo. Soooo good. Though not for me for breakfast. I don't fancy chocolate in the mornings. Later in the day though, sign me up.

    1. Hi Jan thanks! And most all my bakes are lower in sugar in fact, I don't use sugar in almost all my bakes. I use maple. Still a form of sugar. Anyway, lower sugar is yum!
