So ... what in the what is going on with Blogger? My last two posts haven't shown up on blog rolls although the post before this did show up in my reader list. So what's the difference?
I dunno.
In other news, it's October! Woohoo!
And in other, other news, I'm gonna hold off on the story of the new pup because I want to see if this post, actually posts. And in other, other, OTHER news, I got the cutest Halloween cookie cutters and ghost blanket from Aldi yesterday. Five bucks each.
Not too shabby.

Hello!! Blogger has been having issues. I'm glad to hear a bit from you. The new pup is ADORABLE. I can't wait to hear all about that adventure. I will have to check Aldi to see if ours has the cookie cutters. I have a huge jar of cookie cutters, and we went through them this week looking for Halloween and I have zero. I don't know how that is possible.

DeleteA new pup -- SO EXCITING! I didn't receive notification of your previous post that had two pup photos, so this is the first I've heard of this! Blogger is making everyone crazy right now! My blog feed seems to be more or less back to normal, but now I'm having issues with iPhoto. I don't know if that's really a Blogger issue, but I'm blaming them anyway!

ReplyDeleteHiYa Ginny! A boy dog. He showed up 12 weeks ago and decided that he lives here now! Owners surrendered him to us. Blogger is crazy. I hope the missing feed stuff is back to all the way normal now. He's a mix of herding dogs and pittie.

ReplyDeleteI have made a few suggestions on my blog for alternative or backup methods for following blogs, and they are all free.
Many people are using any of those methods including myself.
Even though Google has been working hard to address the issues with the Blogger news reader, even if our new post does appear, and in a timely manner, it doesn't necessarily appear in all of our followers reader in Blogger, which is why it's a good idea to have another alternative.

That is wonderful that you found alternatives that work well. That's the best when that happens. I have a blogger roll on a reading page and when blogger is working, that's my fave way. Though I totally get that some folks enjoy getting them email. That is good that you offered that for your readers!
