Dig this little dude that I snagged at HomeGoods/HomeSense. Got him tonight. His eyes light up AND there's MORE books under him. This is a phone picture. I'll snag a bigger picture of him later to show you all of him. Twenty bucks happily spent.
Happy Summerween and Boogie Boogie.
Oh my goodness, I love this! Hard not to smile when I see this! What a great find! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda! They had a lot of stuff out and this one HAD to come home with me.
DeleteThat's cute.
ReplyDeleteHalloween stuff out before the Fourth of July...
Thanks! I hazzzz to had him.
DeleteOh he's cute
ReplyDeleteHappy Weekend, Ann! Happy Drawing too!
DeleteVery cool!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Christine!
DeleteHappy Whisk Summerween Is Here! I like the books and the expression on the face..
ReplyDeleteI'd love to take the credit and whilst I do start decorating in August, Summerween wasn't my idea. Someone else came up with the beach bum skellys and carved pineapples and watermelons. However, I'm 100% on board. Bring on the Summerween madness! I'm in.
DeleteThe Summerween trend is new to me. I'm in favor of it!
ReplyDeleteSo fun! So very, very fun.
DeleteOne hundred million zillion percent, yes on the Instapot. Crazy good.
He's ADORABLE! I was at Michael's last week and noticed they had all their Halloween merch out too.
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, I haven't been yet. Exciting.
DeleteWow! I can't believe the Halloween displays are out already. Enjoy your fun purchase. I used to have M & M candy dispensers in our finished basement for guests. I would buy all the leftover m&m's after xmas to keep them filled. When I would fill them in late October, people would say- can't believe the xmas candy is already out! I never told them it was from the previous xmas candy sales!!! lol
ReplyDeleteThat's a great story about the candy! You're funny. I love it.
DeleteHe's cute, I will say that. For me I want to fully celebrate each season and holiday as it comes. Life goes by fast enough - I sure don't want to rush it.
ReplyDeleteFor us, we always have something fun and spooky out year-round. And Summerween is actually now. Fun stuff. And a holiday you're missing out on for sure. That said, even without Summerween I would have bought this as we're into both books and skellys. Twenty smackers happily spent.
DeleteMade me smile! Great skeleton!
ReplyDeleteMe too!
DeleteCute! I love it. I mean, how do you get better than Halloween and bookish? (P.S. That's how I want to go out -- book in hand.)
ReplyDeletelololol. Book in hand! That sounds good to me too!
DeleteYou are getting ready early.
ReplyDeleteCathy
NEVER!!! Never too early for skellies at our house. Plus, it's only the best holiday in this history of EvHar! Boogie boogie, Cathy. Happy Summerween.
Deleteoooooh you must LOVE halloween!! you have to buy the good stuff early or it vanishes for good!! have a happy holiday weekend!!
ReplyDeleteHey Debbie. Ooooooh yeah. Just a bit.
DeleteSooooo true. The product turnover at TJ Maxx and HomeGoods is FAST. Whoosh. Happy Summerween!
Before long Halloween will be celebrated for half the year (and Christmas the other half).
ReplyDeleteIololololol. I'm in!
DeleteHe's so cute! But he's been reading too long and forgetting to eat......
ReplyDeleteHahahahah. That's true!
DeleteHappy Summerween, I've never heard of it though.
ReplyDeleteHappy Summerween to you!
DeleteThanks for the smile this morning! So cute!
ReplyDeleteSure thing. Happy Good Morning to you!
DeleteOne smiley happy skeleton.
ReplyDeleteYes!

DeleteA very curious decoration. Have a nicely summer, and greetings from the island of Mallorca.
ReplyDeleteThanks. You too!
DeleteHe looks great.
ReplyDeleteHappy Summerween and Boogie Boogie wishes returned :)
All the best Jan
Thank you Jan! Wishing you a yummy day ahead with lots of good low-carb goodies.
DeleteHappy summereen to you. I think it's good to have summereen since so many people celebrate Christmas in July. Hope you share more hotos of this guy.
ReplyDeleteThanks, Erika! That's how I see it too. There's Christmas in July sales all the time. Fun too. I will FOR SURE be sharing more. Took more shots of him over the weekend, playing with flash and being outside. So fun!
DeleteHappy Summereen - what a great idea.
ReplyDeleteLove your thinking skull - I'd love to know what it is he is reading. Looks like a map to me, maybe he is planning on where to go next. Hope he stays with you until November at least.
Hugs, Neet xx
Hey Neet! He'll stay out year-round. At Christmas he might get a little Santa hat. Thanks for stopping into. Huggs back'atcha!
DeleteHey just came over to let you know, Sully hasn’t been found yet as of this morning. 7/10 😢
ReplyDeleteOhhhh, no, Debby. I'm sorry to read this about Sully. And that they had to put down their dog too. Heartbreaking. Thanks for letting me know. I feel for them.
DeleteSuch a cheerful fella and well read too :)
ReplyDeletelololololol.
DeleteI'd like to see him when he's all lit up. It's nice you have books beneath him, as it looks like he's a book lover. ; )
ReplyDelete~Sheri
I have shots of him with glowing eyes coming in a post. So fun! 100% about the books. That's how we feel at our house. Wes LUVVVS the books.
