GUESS WHO GOT A JOB?

Today I started the new job, just a one-on-one to setup things. Tomorrow I have my first full 8.5 hour day and I'm over the moon.

Over the moon.

We opened a second bank account for direct deposit. Saving all our pennies to get the heck outta Dodge. That feels AMAZING.

Okay, I can't stay online. All showered. Two days of food prepped, dog food made, dryer almost done. After work today I hit Target for extra work shirts.

I am OVER THE MOON.

In other news, the KitchenAid Bowl Lift Stand Mixer is heaven. I'll drop a video down below. I cannot stop using this machine. OMG. Best purchase in a long time.

And that my Boogerbutts, is all that's fit to print. Chat again soon. Off to my coffin with a book, soon.

Thank you so much for your words of condolence on Derry's passing. I wish being an adult wasn't so difficult. I really appreciate the support, especially as it's been years since I blogged as "Fuzzy Tales" and I'm really on the fringes of the CB. ♥

    2. I use it for everything! I use the dough hook for breads (biscuits, rolls, pizza dough), the paddle for meats (meatloaf, meatballs), cookie dough, and candies, and the whisk for just about everything else (cakes, pie fillings, puddings). I use it, literally, almost every day.

    3. I LOVE THAT! I took forever to finally get one because I thought I'd only use it for one thing. Now, I cannot imagine life without it. So, so, soooo useful. Thanks, Rebecca. Here's to lots of yummy days ahead.

You sleep in a coffin, too? So did Ingo as a kid, LOL. (It was an old drawer at his Grandmother´s).

    1. OMG, Theresa! A mixer is something that I just took so long to finally get and now, I cannot imagine a kitchen without it! So fun. How goes you and the family? Taking any fun trips this summer?

    2. Someone was giving a kitchenaid mixer on my community free group this week and I'm like, what!?!? They got a new one and I'm over here thinking, but 2 is certainly better than 1 LOL.
No summer travel plans on the horizon. We're also still saving to get the heck out of dodge so we've tightened the spending bootstraps lately. We did just get back from 3 weeks in Florida in January though it was work travel (but we still managed to hit the beach and hit up a few thrift stores while we were there!) How is the new job going?

    3. Ohhhh, sounds fun to be gone for three weeks. Yes, we tightened our boot straps with grocery bill. Every penny from my job goes into the house fund and every other penny we save does too! New job not bad. Just not enough hours. lololol on the mixer. They are crazy fun!
