Happy 2018, Pam!
You're sounding good, so there's that, too! What would you use your liquid nut cheese for, may I ask? Mac & cheese? Anything else? I'm so impressed you've got veggies in there!
With the liquid it's great on pasta, rice or used with homemade fries/chips and also chips/crisps. Or garbage fries. So yum.I took the other half of that liquid cheese and made it firmer and we used it just like regular sliced cheese. Great in grilled toasted sandwiches, stuffed into jalapenos, on crackers. So flippin' yum. Thanks for asking.
204? Whoo hoo! Way to go!!
Thanks! Here's to you and your health in 2018 and congrats on the upcoming new home.
