Ha! I just took a picture to post today and it's basically the same thing as your video. Snow on the porch and on the bistro set! Ours has lasted a couple of days, but now it can melt. We've had long enough to look at it. -Jenn
It looks so pretty where you are. We got a sprinkling of snow here, too, but it's all gone now. It looked really pretty out while it lasted. Hope you and your honey bunny are enjoying the weekend. We're swamped with...unpacking! Our house is scrubbed and fully painted...and it's time to put our stuff in place!
He's in Ohio for the weekend and I'm unpacking and putting stuff back now myself. Well, not right now as in this minute. Because as of this minute, I'm goofing off. But before this, moving DVDs to their new home.
How goes your unpacking? What room do you love the most? Is it just me, or have you and I been working on our homes all summer? I'm excited for Christmas as it will be done and Tim gets another staycation.
HAHAHA! We have been working on our homes all summer, haven't we? Busy ladies, for sure. It's hard to pick a favourite room but I am leaning towards the living room, which we've turned into a sitting/cozy/library/reading area. I'll share pictures on my blog eventually with a before and after to show the transition since we moved here. My other favourite room is the small extra bedroom that I'm using to do my little people photography in. It's really cozy and cute.
It really does feel that way. And I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Which is good because after that light, comes kitchen work. But not right now. Love the reading relaxing room and your private studio. Both excellent. And, I remember all the before pictures you emailed me so I'm excited to see the afters.
Look at the snow! Wow, you live a bit in the country, don't you?
ReplyDeleteA wee bit, yes!
DeleteEnjoy!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Deletewe got some snow as well in Toronto and it is COLD today. Lima bean dip...interesting.
ReplyDeleteDip. That's the word I was looking for. Thanks, Christine. Is it still cold here. Burr here.
DeleteIt looks BEAUTIFUL.
ReplyDeleteThanks for watching!
DeleteYou mean a running marathon? wow!
ReplyDeleteHahaha! I meant, watching The Golden Girls, from the couch.
DeleteThe snow is lovely. Daughter is already very tired of it !
ReplyDeleteEnjoy !
cheers, parsnip
Has Daughter had a lot of snow already?
DeleteBeautiful!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. We enjoy it. Thanks for watching, Holly.
DeleteNothing better than the Golden Girls -- a classic show!
ReplyDeleteHi Debra. They still make me laugh.
DeleteA delightful sight to see!
ReplyDeleteWe got some snow last night too.
Cool beans on getting some too. Happy Winter, William. Bring on the snow!
DeleteSnow? That's mind blowing. We're still in shorts and flip flops here. Even the reruns of G.G. crack me up and I've seen them many times.
ReplyDeleteShorts and flip flops? Wow, wow. Me too on the reruns. They are still funny to me. That Estelle gets me every time.
DeleteNo snow here, but it's cold & windy. At least the sun is out! Enjoy your TV marathon.
ReplyDeleteDid you get some now? Tim was in Ohio for the weekend and he got snow.
DeleteSnow? Wow, it's tropical here in England :)
ReplyDeleteYep, life is good.
Gary
Tropical is very nice too.
DeleteEnjoy the snow for me!!! I much prefer rain and wow, whipped lima beans?! No way!
ReplyDeleteWe love a cold rainy day, too. Just to be indoors and listen to the rain in the roof. Heaven.
DeleteThat patio is perfect for wine. Just sayin'.
ReplyDeleteYou bring the wine and I'll try it. Never had it before. Or, if I did, it was just a sip.
DeleteWhipped lima beans? Crazy!!! But if you ever wanted to play a practical joke on a food lover . . .
ReplyDeleteYour snow looks COLD! Never mind, we'll be joining you soon with that :)
It kinda reminded me of mashed potatoes or, I could see it being added to that. How goes you?
DeleteCoffee and doughnuts. It's been a while since I had any.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on
Hi Dora! How come it's been awhile?

ReplyDeleteHi Jenn! I saw your back deck. I love that table. Where did you get it? Ours is fun but it can be very cold to sit on.

DeleteHi Ivy...Love your snow!
ReplyDeleteHey Girl. Great to see you here.
DeleteThat sounds like a perfect day.
ReplyDeleteSaw your post. Happy Birthday! Glad you got everything you wanted. Here's to another fantastic year!
DeleteHappy Dance! I love where you live! Lima beans? That is cool!
ReplyDeleteI had lima so I gave it a go. Gonna play with a sweet frosting I think, too. But with beans! Thanks for stopping by and boogie boogie.
DeleteWe hardly ever get snow here in Vegas. I do love donuts though.
ReplyDeleteHey Mary! Do you enjoy Vegas? I had a friend who passed away, but he lived there for a wee bit.
DeleteThat sprinkling of snow looks lovely and I think your patio area is just perfect for a morning tea or coffee ...
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
Hi Jan. I love having eating and drinking tea out there. Thanks for watching. Did you get any snow yet?
DeleteNo snow for our part of the UK yet, but it is meant to be getting chillier this weekend!
DeleteAll the best Jan
Snow? If I snow this early, I may pass out!
ReplyDeleteHave a beachy week!
Elsie
Hahahahah. Beachy week to you!!!!
DeleteBring on groggy. It's a condition I'm very familiar with, especially after T'day.
ReplyDeleteHere's hoping tomorrow is BETTER !!!!
