Yeppers, Debra. I'm going with mostly herbs for these and on the side of the trailer, we'll do veggies. Then out back, back, flowers. But if I have to put a few veggies in these pots, that's okay too.
Good luck with your planting. Nothing tastes better than food you've grown yourself. I'm already harvesting rhubarb in our garden. We've got runner and broad beans to follow, courgettes and tomatoes in the summer with blackberries and Jerusalem artichokes in the autumn.
It's really nice back there. The guy across the trailer park owns it, but he lets us use it. Really sweet guy.
I was thinking of you the other day when I was walking up and down the hill to water seeds. Reminded me of when you and your honey bunny had to walk the baby plants in and out of the house, during the cold nights.
I bet you're going to plant something food related! Veggies? Herbs?

DeleteYay! It's better than Christmas.
ReplyDeleteMy brain is finally free to get these projects, DONE !!!!
DeleteAn exciting start. The area beyond your balcony looks intriguing and very green.

Haha! Yes, the baby plants are all grown up now and all of them have even ventured outside into the ground (except for the tomatoes).
DeletePlanting season is upon you.
ReplyDeleteMuwhahahaha :)
DeleteWoo Hoo! Just finished all of mine the other day, unfortunately no veggies, too much shade in the yard. Good luck and have fun!
ReplyDeleteDid you plant flowers? Herbs? Both?
DeleteHappy Almost Summer :)
We grow a few herbs, that's all these days. Only a balcony.
ReplyDeleteVery nice, Jo.
DeleteWhat herb do you enjoy growing/using the most?
Basil first and probably sage second.
DeleteYum. I love those as well as parsley and cilantro/coriander.
DeleteLots of hard work ahead. Rewarding hard work.
ReplyDeleteOur basil has been killed by the frost but the other herbs are thriving.
Sorry your basil got killed but glad the rest are thriving.
DeleteHappy planting out.
ReplyDeleteI know flowers look great but you can't beat home grown veggies and herbs.
Happy Watering!
All the best Jan
Hi Jan - We seeded flowers out back. Very pretty. But these are for herbs, mostly. Some veggies, but mostly herbs.
DeleteOoo ooo time for planting!
ReplyDeleteDo you grow herbs? I've not in awhile, so I'm excited to get back at it.
DeleteFun times over at your place! You MUST share photos after you get all the goodies planted. I insist! :)
ReplyDeleteWill do.
DeleteLove to see planters full of herbs, it's great just nipping out side and picking what you need, how fresh can it be :-)
ReplyDeleteIan
