Today, I'm all about waffles. I wrote a first draft for a bean and seed waffle mix, it's cooking as I type. More on that another time. As for yesterday, that was extra special because I got to start my garden AND eat homemade Lemon & Banana Frozen Yum, outside!

It is still raining here. Torrential downpour rain. A sure sign of spring! Yay!

Sure thing. I chucked two frozen lemons and two nanners in the food processor along with sorghum syrup. But honey or maple would work nicely too.
DeleteI like mine more on the lemon side, so I usually use two whole lemons and two not all the way ripe (but not green either), nanners.

But basically, I freeze chunks of fruit on a baking tray. Once frozen I chuck then into a baggie or freezer box and then I whip up ice creams as needed.
Blenders can work too, as can bullets and some juicers - but some blenders can over-process, making the ice cream more of a smoothie (I find).
