I hate him.
He can suck it.
Most times, I push him aside because I'm working and don't have time or interest in his nonsense. But yesterday, he hung around too long.
Soon, I started to doubt myself and my YouTube channel. When Tim got home we talked it out, and today I'm back to myself. Albeit a little groggy, but back to making videos and having fun.
I'll take it.
I'll take it.
That’s the attitude, HW! Glad you’re back!
ReplyDeleteMuch thanks!
DeleteDon't let him get to you!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Alex.
DeleteI didn't.
He's GONE!
Just keep going Ivy, don't give up.
ReplyDeleteI won't.
DeleteMuch thanks!
Begone, Doubt Monster!
ReplyDeleteHe begone!
DeleteDoubt Monster - I like that way of looking at what is a common problem for many of us. Keep on doing what makes you happy, Ivy. You can't please everyone!
ReplyDeleteMuch thanks, Jenny.
DeleteFor the thoughtful comment.
Make him sleep with the fishes, or take a dirt nap. Push up daisies. Congressionally investigated.
ReplyDeleteDirt nap.
DeleteI LOVE that!
Thanks.
I have a doubt monster here too, he hangs around now and again telling me I can't do this or that so why do I even try. Mostly I ignore him, but sometimes I get to thinking he's right and I put aside what I'm trying and get slothful for a while instead.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. I agree.
DeleteHe can get me to think he's right.
But he's NEVER right.
Thanks, River!
Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this :( I know that monster well. I'm glad you talked it out with Tim and you're feeling better. Drop me an email if you need some support. And don't stop making those videos. They are so much fun. You're doing great!
ReplyDeleteMuch thanks, Martha.
DeleteHe begone and I feel like me.
I won't stop. Too fun.
But he was hanging on there
for a bit. That fudger!
Everyone has doubt but everytime I look at your blog and youtube you have lots of people reading and commenting. I am glad you talked it over with Tim.
ReplyDeleteI think You are doing wonderful.
cheers, parsnip
Much thanks, Gayle!
DeleteIf you like what you do, if it makes you happy, that is all that matters. If others do as well, then that is just a bonus. Don't stop believing!
ReplyDeleteYou rock. Thank you.
DeleteYou are wonderful...Doubt Monster be gone!
ReplyDeleteNo, no. YOU are WONDERFUL!

ReplyDeleteThanks, Gloria!
Deleteppfft is a great word.
It's perfect.

ReplyDeleteMuch thanks, Stacy!
DeleteHe can go suck it.
Twice.
Never doubt yourself Whisk! Kick him in the balls!
ReplyDeleteHa! That's what Tim said.
DeleteRight in the balls.
Thanks, Ray!
Stick it to the Doubt Monster, I say. Or beat him soundly about the head with your whisk.
ReplyDeleteHahahahaha.
DeleteThat cracked me up.
Beat him with my whisk.
Hahahahahahaha. Thanks!
Hooray for kicking him to the curb.
ReplyDeleteThat fudger is GONE.
DeleteThanks, Holly.
Happy Monday & Boogie Boogie.
Ah... doubt. What's not to hate about the beast. Yet, it somehow helps challenge us by making us address "stuff" which we are not attending to. When we finally chat with the beast (living within) we usually find a solution - as you have. Good job!
ReplyDeleteCheers, Jenny
Hey Jenny! GREAT to see you. You're spot on, it was stuff inside of me. Thanks for the sub and the support. Great, great, great to see you. Sending you an email ...
