I didn't crawl out of the coffin until 11AM. I'm pooped. But, no sore throat or earache, no rashes, no nothing that would stop me from working.
Today's goal is to remove the work shelf from my lab and trade it out for two teeny shelves in the movie room.
After that, everything else is optional.
Surprisingly I was up early after a late night, but it's IWSG day, so on the job. :)
ReplyDeleteHope your energy returns soon!
Hope IWSG day went well.
DeleteDid you have fun with it?
So sorry you are pooped, but sounds like you have a great goal. Wonder what "optional" things will come your way?
ReplyDeleteI opted to sit outside and read as the bedding got dried by the cool breeze. Was lovely.
DeleteHow goes your book sales?
you are doing good things! glad you had a good sleep in
ReplyDeleteThanks, Christine. I'm real happy with my progress. The sleep in was just what I needed.
DeleteGet that done and then go take a nap!
ReplyDeleteI slept until 11AM. It was great.
DeleteWe spent a while last night moving things around, so that could get access to where the feral kitten had hidden two nights earlier... After moving everything... found things that it had chewed on... and later discovered that the screen of the front door had been pulled loose... So, the cat has left...
ReplyDelete... Cannot find my telephone...
A great week to you, dear Lady Whisk, and to Gothridge Manor...
Hello from Marshville...
Sorry to hear about your cat and your phone, Dr. Theda.
DeleteThe weather always makes me tired when it is so hot and humid.
ReplyDeletecheers, parsnip and thehamish
Understandable.
DeleteHow goes thehamish, these days?
I hope you achieve your goal - and that your optional extras are a heap of fun.
ReplyDeleteI did hit my goal, thanks bunches. Then when I was doing that, I got an idea to make the Movie Room closet into a full-on media closet using the two big shelves. Oh my gosh. I love it.
DeleteThanks for stopping by. How goes you? How is the cold winter? We love winter, too.
You've earned the rest!
ReplyDeleteI think you're right.
DeleteGosh, I don't think I have ever stayed in bed that late other than when I was sick.
ReplyDeleteUnderstandable. But boy, I was pooped, city.
DeleteGlad you're feeling better!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteSometimes we need that sleep!
ReplyDeleteI was knocked out, but good.
DeleteI can remember my dear mum always saying 'sleep can help in healing'
ReplyDeleteSometimes we just need to sleep and rest.
All the best Jan
Sleep to me, is the number one way to heal. So important.
DeleteGreat food I see on your blog, today.
Glad to know the earache and rashes have healed.
ReplyDeleteOne day at a time :-)
