It really was! Lots of work and lots of fun. Longer story to come for sure. I forget, do you have an ALDI? If so, the organic garbanzo beans went down to 99/can. Not as good as in the pressure cooker BUT ... I still grabbed a few or so tins because they are nice to have on the ready.
