Who Am I? Quiz 9

I'm a wizard cooking in my kitchen.  I use a hockey stick as a staff, and will give you three dead mice, half an eyebrow and something sticky, if you answer the following.

1) Who am I?
2) What do I use as a wand?
3) What is the name of the ghost I hang with?
4) Where does the ghost live?

    Technically, the TV version of Harry Dresden (the "real" one doesn't carry a hockey stick). :)

    @OxeyeDaisey: they only made the one season.

    I wouldn't recognize him from the tv show, but if he is Harry Dresden like the other commenters say, I love me some Dresden! I am on book 11 of the series but I haven't watched the show yet.
