Meanwhile, I've answered the Wonder Woman Wednesday Quiz 4. Thanks to all who played. It was a great deal of fun.
Until next time, Happy Eating.
Ethel says hello.
Meanwhile, Tim's gonna need clearance to get in.
Along with one of those swipee cards on Bones.
And maybe even an eye scan.
She's nice, but I'm sure she'll be much sexier filled with food and beer. :)ReplyDelete
Hi Tom: This girl is big too. We put the stuff from the coolers in and that was fun. Can't wait to hit Wegmans and get some more goodies.ReplyDelete
You can tell if someone is an optimist or a pessimist by the way they judge a half stocked fridge...ReplyDelete
What was the first food or beverage you introduced to Ethel?ReplyDelete
Not maraschino cherries or cocktail onions, I hope!
I could keep snowballs cold in Ethel. She's THAT good.ReplyDelete
The first food was Tim's iced tea that he got from the corner. Tim put a full gallon, right in the door and said, "I like that."ReplyDelete
After that, it was organic katsup and Helman's mayo.
Thanks, that was a fun question, Biopunk.
Wow - you could live in that fridge! Both of you. Even I could live in that fridge. I could definitely live there, but only after you've been to Wegmans.ReplyDelete
Biopunk: I forgot to add the first food of the freezer. Tator tots. Organic tator tots.ReplyDelete
She's a big one, Porky. I just love her.
Ethel is gorgeous!! I would love to have one like that!ReplyDelete
I had a feeling your blog would be different.ReplyDelete
Never thought I'd be commenting on a fridge though.
You named your fridge Ethel?ReplyDelete
@bartender: There's a third way of looking at that: "who took half of my food?"
Is it bad that my fridge looks like your photo most of the time ;-) Except for orange juice!ReplyDelete
Thanks, Wendy. Ethel is adjusting well to her new home.ReplyDelete
Yeppers, William. Though I thought about naming her Lucy. But figured that would be silly, since the oven is already named Fred.
Hi Angela: Ethel's a little lean now herself. Haven't done a big shop, yet.
That right there is a damn fine fridge!ReplyDelete
Hey Christian: Just got some water from the gallon and oh my gosh, it's cold. Nothing like our last fridge.ReplyDelete
That's one fine fridge. You should be proud.ReplyDelete
Happy New Year all year round.
I'm no fridge conniseur...but's that's one sweet fridge.ReplyDelete
I am thrilled, Elizabeth. We had the old one for so long before it died.ReplyDelete
Great comment, Trey. So funny. I read it to Tim, he got a kick out of it too.
What is the first thing you will stock it up with in 2011?ReplyDelete
-which reminds me-
Happy New Year! Looking forward to seeing more of your delightful photos.
Hello Bartender: Probably chicken stock and chicken parts. And homemade red sauce. I make big batches of both, portion and freeze them for daily use.ReplyDelete
Happy New Year, to you as well. Been lovin' your blog.
Now I have somewhere to sleep when I travel to the other end of our state.ReplyDelete
And if you come by during the summer months, just think how cool you'll be in that big-ass fridge.ReplyDelete
