I'm trying to hit 20 posts by the end of January. Only I don't have
all that much to say right now. Unless you want to hear about the
avocado I just ate.
It was yummy.
I'd
show you a picture but as soon as I cracked that baby open, I had to
take a bite. No self control. But at least now I have post eighteen.
Only two more to go.
Meanwhile tonight on our ride home
we stopped at the post. That's where I get a good number of coupon
inserts because people toss them aside like the coupons aren't even
money.
But the best part was watching Tim picking though one of the bins. I ask you. Is that romance or what?
Those are 2 of the sweetest faces ever! I know they love their Mama...
ReplyDeleteDonya: That particular banner picture was taken last year when I had the flu. Both pups were snuggled on me. Too cute.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by.
Tim is probably glad you didn't get a photo of THAT though.
ReplyDeleteAlex: Probably so :-)
ReplyDeleteGiven his recent Bose purchase, I think he owes you a lot of bin time.
ReplyDeleteKen: Nothing says I love you like looking through the bins.
ReplyDeleteI know, no coupons either for those speakers. Although we did save the money from using coupons.
I'm thinking love and devotion rather than romance ;-)
ReplyDeleteIan
Ian: He's a good egg.
ReplyDeleteIan: Most of the time.
ReplyDeleteI love avocados! I also have no self-control when one is in front of me. :)
ReplyDeleteavocado can be eaten raw? I've never tried it, we don't have it here often, but I thought it can be eaten only in guacamole and in salads
ReplyDeleteI grew up across the street from an avocado grove. My grandmother had one in her yard. My mother loves those things. I refuse to eat them. I can't get past the smell (and don't even get me started on the look - yuck).
ReplyDeleteDEZMOND: Just cut that baby open and eat it any way you like. Even sliced on a veggie burger.
ReplyDeleteOne Blogger uses the avocado meat in her chocolate cupcake icing.
Stacy: You refuse? Oh man alive, I love these things. Very cool that you grew up next to them.
Love at first bite or pick or something like that :D
ReplyDeleteKim: It's free money but even more fun when I saw him helping.
ReplyDeleteTim is definitely a keeper!
ReplyDeleteLurker: He really is.
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely love, and it reaffirms the faith in romance. It's not dead! I'm amazed people throw them away at all. Surely it's worth hanging on to them until they expire on the off chance they do come in handy. It might just be a question of organisation, that people these days don't have space or determination to keep track. Still, so much waste.
ReplyDeletePorky: I can't believe it, but I was once one of those that tossed the inserts in the bin, as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat a difference a year makes. Now I would not do that.
Like you said, such a waste.
Thanks for stopping by, Porky. Always great to see you here.
I can't recall if I've ever eaten avocado...
ReplyDeleteWilliam: Never????
