Been having way too many headaches lately. So much so, that I had to dip into Tim's magic migraine pills. They work great, but they aren't something I want to get use to taking.
I'm not a big pill person.
In other news, I'm having fun with my new Nikon d5100. Here's a shot of Miss Bug. If you've gamed with Tim on Google+ or Skype you know she can be a handful.
Sorry to hear you're unwell. I'm coming at this from the other direction - pills keep me a alive and so I'm all in favour of popping them (at medically mandated levels). Science rules!
Yeah, I'm not a fan of pills either--but if it's a migraine, that's good cause IMO!! No fun. Hope you can head off any more. Too bad you don't know what causes them...?
Are they migraines or weather-related sinus headaches? My doctor tested me because I get the second type, and the pain level is on par with a migraine.
Something that helps me is green or oolong tea with unprocessed local honey, i.e. from bees in your neck of the U.S. Just a suggested alternative to pills. Because I hate the fact that I have to take a cupboardful of pharmaceuticals to stay alive, I love finding an alternative that works.
Thanks Guys: For your nice comments. It's been a long day at work so forgive me for not answering you all individually. I'm headed to the couch to veg, thankfully, headache-free.
She is cute! Not a fan of taking anything unless I'm dying.
ReplyDeleteAlex: Yeah, not a fan of pills. Tim either, but sometimes the migraine is just too draining.
ReplyDeleteSo it's nice in those cases.

ReplyDeleteShe really is beautiful, hope the migraine gets better!
ReplyDeleteTim: You make an excellent point. And I agree 100%.
ReplyDeleteLurker: She's a handful and thanks.
Hope the headache goes!!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about the headaches. They're never fun. Hope you get well soon.
ReplyDeleteDid you get any snow from the recent storm?

ReplyDeleteat least you have sweet little guys to cheer you up.
Sorry to hear about your headaches. I've been getting them myself, due to the weather changes, I think.
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry you are having headaches. Did you change something in your diet? Anyway I hope you feel better!
ReplyDeleteHurray for new doggie pics!
ReplyDeleteNot a medicine fan myself be it pills, cough syrup or any of that junk. I try to go home remedy or homeopathic unless I have no choice.
Hope you feel better lovely person!
Great pictures! I try not to take anything either, but I understand migraines can be so painful ...
ReplyDeleteHeadaches are the worst! Hope you feel better :) Very cute photos!
ReplyDeleteThankfully I never get migraines but pills for pain aren't usually my style etiher.
ReplyDeleteBug is so photogenic! Great shot...

ReplyDeleteCheers and boogie boogie.
Neither am I. I try to avoid taking pills as much as possible unless I really need them.
ReplyDeleteI gain a tolerance way too fast and I don't want to suddenly have them not work when I need them.
Those are such cute pictures and I love the "new favorite shot" in the sidebar too.
ReplyDeleteDWei: Yeah, I agree. Good to have them really work, when needed.
ReplyDeleteSouthpaw: Thanks. It's still my favorite.
Absolute cuteness!
