I'm thinking cold pizza for us. Although a hamburg doesn't sound bad either.
Yesterday I had roast beef and horseradish cheese. What a great combo. So perfect together.
Meanwhile, I've got chores that need done and zero energy to do them. Long day at work. Greenhorn did great. Now I'm off until Wednesday. Think I'll skip the chores and go make hot tea, using my new raspberry creamer.
Ah ... it's heaven in a cup.
Happy Weekend to ya!ReplyDelete
Anita: Happy Weekend Back. You cooking at all? I'm still torn between pizza and a hamburg. But the chores are for sure out.ReplyDelete
"Horseradish cheese." This sounds delicious and so, of course, requires more explanation.ReplyDelete
Iguana: Found it at a local deli. It's called Horseradish Cheddar Cheese and oh my gosh, it's so good. I had mine thinly sliced but I could see myself buying a chunk to shred.ReplyDelete
Could you send me brand/mfr info? I've GOT to look for that....ReplyDelete
Iguana: Sure thing. Yancy's Horseradish Cheddar Cheese. They make other cheeses, as well. Only tried this one so far.ReplyDelete
I'll have to look around; of course, around here "Extra Sharp" is exotic.ReplyDelete
Iguana: Have you checked out Yancey's?ReplyDelete
That's an amazing website. I'm practically drooling. I just hate buying food online. I know, in this day and age, that's unusual....ReplyDelete
I've never tried horseradish cheese...ReplyDelete
Iguana: I buy from a place in Kansas that makes amazing hot sauces. But that's about it, food-wise.ReplyDelete
Shalet: Hope you're doing well.
William: It is so flipping good.
