I have the best Hubby, ever. He just came home from lunch and with him, season two of Bionic Woman. Hot dog.
Meanwhile, if you missed it, here's the latest Blank Blank Quiz. And ... here's a shot of Miss Wiggy's new treats.
I used leftover boiled chicken, veg and homemade broth, added it to oat flour and whole wheat. Put the batter in the cavity cake pans and bam, new treats.
They taste like little chicken pot pie doggy treats. |
Then with the leftover batter, I made Puppy Pancakes. |
Both are Wiggy approved. |
You said they were good. Did you taste them yourself? Or just as Wiggy?
ReplyDeletePat: I tasted the batter to be sure it had enough chicken flavor. Then I tasted them when they were done. Little pot pies, they taste like.
ReplyDeleteWiggy continues to be as adorable as ever!! What a great dog mommy he has to make him those home made treats!!! Have fun with season 2!
ReplyDeleteLo-mo: Wiggy is a girl pup, but so many think she is a boy. Even at Tim's job they do. Making the treats is so fun. I love it. I store them in the freezer, which works well because she loves eating things that are frozen. She goes NUTS for ice cubes.
ReplyDeletePS: Your brownie pie looks AMAZING.
Ah, happy puppy!
ReplyDeleteMiss Holly: Yeah, she's livin'the good life.
ReplyDeleteI love THE BIONIC WOMAN. =D
ReplyDeleteomg your dog is so spoiled! And she has no idea. Lucky dog.
ReplyDeleteAs for the bionic woman, well, me and my sister and brother used to watch it - and its predecessor - religiously. In fact, my sister was madly in love with Lee Majors...
Ah, what my memories! I did not lose nor an episode of the Bionic Woman!
ReplyDeleteGood weekend!
Many greetings
Miss Wiggy I believe is spoiled but deserving of it. Have a good retro viewing staycation weekend.
ReplyDeleteThe last photo is almost too much - a Puppy Pancake and Wiggy in one.
ReplyDeleteHave I mentioned before how totally cute Miss Wiggy is? I just *melt* every time I see a photo of her (keep 'em coming!).
ReplyDeleteAGH! You have Season 2 of the Bionic Woman before me!
ReplyDeleteAlas, I need to wait until pay day next week. SO worth it just for the femBOTS!
You are the awesomest doggy mommy ever!
ReplyDeleteRaShelle: Me too. Bionic Woman quizes on the way.
ReplyDeletemshatch: I think she knows. She deserves it too. Lived her whole little life in a pound and nobody wanted her. No one, and no couple even looked at her because they said she wiggled too much. Her brother and sister went right away.
magda: It's fun watching it. Tim bought me season one as soon as it was available for US DVDs.
Lurker: Thanks, Boogerbutt. I think so too.
Porky: She loves those pancakes. Good stuff too. Oats, homemade low-sodium chicken broth, clean chicken, veg and a little wheat.
Bard: Miss Wiggy says thanks. She's going to do another guest post soon as I can get her profile working.
Suzan: Took FOREVER for season one to be available on our DVD player.
alexia: Thanks. It's bunches of fun making her treats and shooting pictures.
Right! Trying to comment again! Stupid blogger.
ReplyDeleteThose treats look so yummy, I would have them all gobbled up before Wiggy even got a look in. What a lucky lucky pup she is to have you. :)
They do sound like good grub, and I'd happily go one or three.
ReplyDeletePorky: I have another idea of an oatmeal chicken mix of a treat. Maybe a mini treat for training.
ReplyDeleteThe look of guilt on a dog's face when scolded for misbehavior as opposed to a cat's stare of hatred when corrected is further evidence in my mind that dogs make the better pets.
ReplyDeleteDocStout: She didn't get scolded at all. That's just her cute little face when I show her the camera. She's a ham.
ReplyDeleteThat said, I did have a cat that understood sit, stay, lay down, come and bad. Was great.
