28 Days Later ...

Hello Lovelies. It's been 28 days and I'm here to say that I'm alive and well, working lots of long, fun hours on my new projects. But the one thing I haven't touched yet, is building my new site, which I thought might be done by now but nope, not even close.

But enough about me. What's the last yummy thing you ate? Do tell. Do tell. Meanwhile, I'll catch y'all in another month, or by the very latest, spring.

Hugs & Bugs,

Salads still here. Mini fruit salads, green salads, and my version of a greek salad with feta and tomato and capsicum (three colours) and tomato (also three colours) and olives...

    1. If memory serves, I think that's pig but I'm not for sure. Does Little Alice like peas? As I type to you, the girls are eating frozen peas in a toy that makes them work for the treat.

  20. Something I came up with to up my bacon and eggs game for mum's breakfast:
Two ceramic (about ten centimetre diameter) souffle dishes. A piece of bacon lining each - large part on bottom with long narrow wrapped around inside edge. Beat two eggs in cup and pour in. Crack intact third egg ontop. Repeat for both. Put a litre of water in a flatbed roaster and place in egg dishes. Cook on eight for about twenty minutes until water vanishes. Egg should have swelled up in cooked dome. Extract from souffle dishes liberating bacon with butter knife and top with some spicy tomato chutney. One each.

    1. Ohhh, if I could eat bacon, I'd try that. Sounds yummy. And I love eggs with tomato. Did you make your chutney?

    2. No. Store bought.
Quick Home Chutney: pan roast 2 chillies, mango, onion, tomatoes. Cool and chop. Refrigerate for next day use.

    3. You know what? That sounds like something I would love to eat and minus the mango, I have it all on hand.

      Thanks.
