I am dragging my butt today and I wish that I wasn't. So my big plans are to watch I Love Lucy on DVD, clip coupons and keep sorting through paperwork. The more stuff I ditch and shred, the closer we get to flip floppin' these rooms about.
Meanwhile, my spine doesn't hurt today. If I weren't so tired, I'd be dancing a jig. But since I'm out of jigs, please enjoy the guest post I did on Tim's blog yesterday.
Only bummer, the printer turned out to be crap and Espon is sending us another, along with ink. So right now I have two printers in my living room, along with a box of damaged wedding anniversary gifts from Amazon (also going back).
But on the bright side, the bills are paid, the dishes are done, and I don't hurt today. Silver lining? You betcha.
PS: This episode makes me happy. I love when Lucy says,
When I first read this I thought it said out of jugs. Hmmm...let's ponder that...or not. Anywho, glad you aren't hurting. Get some rest and enjoy Lucy. I could watch her all day.
ReplyDeleteThat's a title that would get me a lot of hits.
DeleteSounds like an excellent plan!
ReplyDeleteIt was a good day of rest.
DeleteMake it so!
ReplyDeleteAnd send back the damaged stuff from Amazon.
Oh yeah, it's all going back.
DeleteWait..are you saying the second printer failed too? What the heck?
ReplyDeleteYou'll be busier than me today. I'm a lump on the couch. My plans - blog a bit more than watch some recorded shows. Funny shows.
Yep, it's this problem they have with the ink on this model. For the first year they wouldn't even admit there was a problem.
DeleteHow was your lump day?
Great news! - you not being in any pain. I LOVE I Love Lucy. Clutter clearing, clears the mind. Cheers!!
ReplyDeleteShe is so funny.
DeleteI'm very happy you're not in pain today. I told you Turkey Hill Chocolate Peanut Butter was the better choice! *grin*
ReplyDeleteI can't say better, but it's the two we always go for. Super yummy.
DeleteLucy always make me happy! Have you seen Seasons 7, 8 & 9. It originally went by Lucy & Desi Comedy Hour but it is actually just an extension of I Love Lucy in one hour episodes.
ReplyDeleteSeen it? I own it. Great collection.
DeleteEnjoy the I Love Lucy marathon!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Debra. I enjoyed the rest.
DeleteHaven't watched Lucy in a long time. Have fun with flipping the rooms.
ReplyDeleteI cannot wait to flip these rooms.
DeleteI've always loved Lucy. She could be funny without being obscene.
ReplyDeleteYou're not the only ass-dragger today....
You were an ass-dragger too? Oy.
DeleteI woke up this morning asking myself, "do I really have to get up today? It's so comfortable in here..."
ReplyDeleteI feel that way when it's nice and cold and rainy and it sounds so pretty hitting the roof.
DeleteMy printer currently doesn't work either. I haven't had a good printer in ages.
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear it doesn't work either. Oy.
DeleteHope you enjoyed the DVD
ReplyDeleteGlad your pain free
Ian
I super duper did, thanks.
DeleteI Love Lucy... What a blast from the past! That was one funny lady. How many episodes did you watch?
ReplyDeleteFor yesterday? One disc.
DeleteGreat stuff.
Sorry about all the printer b.s. Damaged goods from Amazon doesn't sound fun either. The joy of opening a new box would be destroyed to realize you just have to send it back. Hope all the returns go smoothly.
ReplyDeleteIt's been weird with this stuff lately.
DeleteVengo a saludarte y desearte Buena Pascua, linda foto del recuerdo ,me gusta tu cerdo, abrazos
ReplyDeleteFeliz Pascua a usted. Gracias.
